Cozy, beautiful outdoors area in the back with lots to look at. (Including a pond!) Little on the pricy side but you definitely get what you pay for. My favourite place to take people from out of town for lunch.

My favourite place to meet people in downtown Mission. Great food, drinks and ambiance. The garden out back is a little sanctuary on dry days and is even enjoyable for having coffee on some wet days when it’s not too cold. Great, friendly staff, decent selection and quality food.

Beautiful oasis of fresh, tasty homemade delectables nestled amidst a gorgeous patio filled with beautiful flowers and an organic herb garden. Get your zen on by the relaxing koi pond. :)

It would be pleasant if the $9 breakfast sandwich would come equipped with the avocado as advertised. And the 15 minute wait for that and a coffee was annoying, especially being that I was the only customer in the place. It's a great location and a cute idea but hopefully they can tighten up their process.

This is a favourite restaurant/cafe of mine in Mission. The atmosphere (inside and out) is tranquil and warm. The turkey & brie panini is my favourite, though I've not tried anything there that I didn't enjoy. Everything is homemade & the Umbria espresso is great.

What a lovely little spot to lunch!
I really enjoy their garden seating and, of course, their delicious home made soups, sandwiches and desserts. They have many specialty coffees and teas too.

Unfortunately my experience at Sweet spot wasn't the greatest today. Number one. I actually had to leave with my son and take my food to go because there's no high chair. Number two, I ordered a Cesar salad with bacon, one of the clerks comes and says they are out of Cesar dressing (no big deal) said I could switch to herb and garlic dressing (totally fine) I asked to have avocado added too.. Bring my food home and it's a totally different salad all together. It's very frustrating because I ordered my food a certain way because I cannot eat certain foods. I had to sit there and pick apart my salad just so I can eat it. This is not ok in my books. Luckily I am not highly allergic to what was in my salad. This is a very dangerous practise. Bottom line be very careful and don't change food orders because you think it would be better.

All the food here is amazing. All home made and really high quality ingredients.
This cafe as everything a cafe should have, especially the beautiful garden and pond seating outside through the back door. The perfect place to sit, relax, enjoy your coffee and chat with family or friends.
All the times I have been to The Sweet Spot, I've never come across any customers that may detract from one wanting to stay in, or return for more great food - that is to say The Sweet Spot attracts the right patrons.
I've heard some negative things about the owner, however have not experienced her being rude to me or another customer. Her employees also are doing a great job with prompt service and cheerful attitudesresponse / report this review
