Just picked up my new 2018 Ram Power Wagon today. Kent and Michael were awesome to work with and made the purchase pain free and easy. Will definitely be recommending these guys to everyone that is interested in getting a ride. Kent - I still owe you!!!

Great experience dealing with the guys at Pioneer. Between Kent lining up the perfect vehicle (found me a truck with way more features for the same price as Coquitlam Chrysler), and the wizards in the financing office. The whole thing was a blur, but in the best of ways. If you want an honest guy who won't BS you, Kent is your guy - tell him what you want, he will get it for ya. Thanks guys. She's a gorgeous truck!

Had a great experience at pioneer, I came in from out of town on a recommendation from a friend and dealing with Kent Kmet and his team didn't disappoint. He was amazing and went above and beyond to get me into the truck of my dreams 2017 dodge 3500 and even coming in on his days off to switch tires and accessories over from my trade in since I was in a time crunch to get back to work out of town. Thanks for the great job Kent, super happy with the truck!

Excellent service! I bought my Jeep there on Thanksgiving and everyone was so helpful! Even on a holiday, I loved how they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I had Kent, Kary, and Michael helping me and each interaction was very positive :) It feels good to know that they are there to support you if anything happens to make sure you're happy and comfortable with you're new car.

Very helpful staff and excellent customer service. Super helpful and accommodating, works hard to make sure you are satisfied with the whole process. Salesperson Josh was great the entire time and kept in communication with me over the days during and after the sale. Couldn't ask for better service from him. Would recommend Pioneer Chrysler Jeep to anyone looking to buy a new or used car

My husband and I went into the dealership to look at Jeeps. At the time, it was the vehicle we thought that we had wanted. We had taken it home and within twenty minutes of owning the vehicle. We had realized that it was not the vehicle that we had wanted or needed. My husband had called back within twenty minutes and we were told to come back in on Monday. The two days leading up to the revisit on Monday, my husband was incredibly stressed out and panicked about owning this Jeep. Monday had come around and we had gone back in. Explained that the Jeep was not the right fit for what we needed. He was unhappy with the vehicle itself. We are starting a family and we had realized the car was not practical . We had spoken with Kary, the young man who sold us the Jeep on that Saturday. He said that we would have to speak with Michael once again. We had explained the situation once more to everyone there. The dealership was more than willing to work with us. We were able to trade in the Jeep for a vehicle that was more suited towards our needs. Kary, Michael, RJ, Ian and Kathy were more than amazing and helpful. They were so understanding and we could not be happier. It was one of the best experiences that my Husband and I have had. Thank you so much everyone and I hope that you all keep up the amazing work.

I took my Mazda 3 in to get the door handle repaired. I was floored when they said it was a quick and easy fix so there's no charge.
As a woman going into any kind of car service shop I mentally prepare myself ahead of time for the likelihood that I'll get taken for as much money as possible. So I was amazed at the customer service and honesty of this shop. And I think this experience speaks to the integrity of the business. I wouldn't go anywhere else now!response / report this review -

Josh Smith helped us with our purchase. We have bought cars many times and visited many dealerships over the years, he was the most honest, accommodating, unpushy salesman we've met and he got the deal done quickly! Great service also from Michael in the business office and Kathy for insurance. Highly recommend

Me and my wife have been researching a new truck for almost a year. We have gone probably everywhere within a 100km radius of where we live, never to be fully satisfied with service, the truck, options and continually being pressured into something. We got in contact with Alex, he asked us what we were looking for and assured us he will find us the truck we've been dreaming about. After test driving the truck he had hand picked out for us i told him it still didnt feel exactly right, explained what i was missing. With a big smile he showed me to a second one. It was perfect. With no pressure about a sale we discussed it and we ended up signing the papers that day! They even through in some extras to make our experience one of a kind. 5/5 from my wife and I. Will definitely return to see Alex if we ever need another vehicle! Thank you Alex amd pioneer in mission! You have found the missing piece this family has been looking for .

"A good story behind a torn cover"; after a bit of a "rocky" and sour start, I was pleasantly surprised to find myself as the owner of a fully-loaded Cruze lease-return. I was in the market for a more suiting sub-compact or sedan, and stumbled across Pioneer; upon first glance, the dealership was "questionable" and perhaps some of the reps are a bit rough, but, good things were to be found through giving 'the benefit of the doubt'. Michael aka 'The Number Cruncher' was AMAZING - he took the reigns my Salesman, in addition to being the Finance Manager, and I couldn't have asked for a better all-in-one experience kinda guy! He worked aimlessly to source the best financing and vehicle to suit, in addition to mitigating any 'BS' along the way to ensure I had the Red Carpet. Michael, I applaud, and am grateful for your LEGENDARY service, razor-sharp attention, genuine care and generosity in all aspects! So over joyed by the amazing team at pioneer! Went in Sunday to just look at cars and after the endless support from Kary Maxwell my boyfriend and I found the perfect car for us! Within just 2 days of starting our search we are now very pleased owners to a new car! I couldn't believe how painless finding the perfect car was! Thank you Kary and team!

Me and my fiance were first time buyers. We went in to the dealership knowing that they had our dream jeep sitting in the lot. Alex was the salesman we went through. He was very helpful in explaining the details of the vehicle and helping us feel comfortable. We felt zero pressure for the purchase, which is my opinion is rare. The fiance manager Michael, was extremely helpful and made sure we where able to get the best deal possible. Over all we are extremely happy with our purchase and would highly recommend pioneer Chrysler over any other dealership in the lower mainland and Fraser valley. 5 stars all the way!!

Excellent service! Big Shout out to Kary and Mike for working hard to get me out of my van, a 2009 Pontiac Montana and into a 2013 Jeep Compass.
I love my new Jeep and the payment plan is perfect for me within my budget. It took awhile for it to happen but luckily patience is one of my virtues. They didn't give up so easily on finding me something that works for me.
I would gladly recommend these guys to anyone that's looking for a new or used vehicle.response / report this review
