Staff never greet customer always having fun between themselves.never serious for orders takes forever to get food .

This is not a criticism of the staff at this particular McDonald's. However, I have eaten at a McDonald's for the last time.
Far too often, I have received food that clearly was slapped together with no care or concern. Usually it's not even in the shape it should be. I'm not a food snob. But I do expect that my food is edible, not stacked like a set of stairs so it runs all over everything. This, combined with what has to be a 50% error rate at your drive thrus.
This is a systemic error from thinking you can fully assembly line food. You cannot. That is why your product is so far below the standards of even Burger King.
With changes in dietary habits making the market smaller for you every year, you should focus on improving the quality of food preparation so people will eat your food.response / report this review -

This McDonalds is like any other McDonaldsonly theres one thing that truly bothers me about specific location and that's how slow they are!!! You could be the only person in line and the store could be completely empty yet you're still gonna be waiting a long time for the most simplest order. It's actually pretty ridiculous!!..
Right now I'm watching a line up form all the way to the door because they have only one till open yet there's several employees just standing there doing absolutely NOTHING!!! Customers are starting to walk out now because the wait to even get your order taken is so fricken long!!!response / report this review -

I am a daily customer, come in some days twice. The till people should learn when quite or on another till, as too many mistakes are made with the very new employees. But I wish to comment on Jade(F) who is a very nice smiling new employee and a great helpful hostess. She is so nice and busy and brings coffee right to your table, makes sure tables are clean also. Very nice smile, trying her hardest and a great valuable employee we think. A till young lady is Morgan(F) sure caught on fast, never makes mistakes, makes sure order is correct by checking off the side, and she just has so much confidence. A pleasure being served by her! Uniform clean, ironed, and looks you right in the eye and has a nice smile also. Thanks. Right position and very good customer relations. They all try hard and many it is their first jobs. Good for trying and applying in a very fast pressure atmosphere at times. Happytravels.

I've been to to this location a couple times always experienced great and fast service.. however yesterday when I went it was during a lunch rush so I was prepared for this to be a bit slower.. well from between the time I started at the line to the time I got my order and left I waited over half an hour for just a peppermint tea and junior chicken. There was a black truck that was 2 cars ahead of me that must have had a big order and instead of the employees moving the truck to the reserved McDonald's parking to wait for the rest of their food. They continued to let them sit there and wait for their food, holding the line up longer when the rest of us had smaller orders. Once I received my order and headed to work, not thinking that'll would be wrong seeing I waited so long for it.. once I parked my car and proceed to go to work I grabbed my tea seeing it was the wrong kind I ordered and my sandwich was cold and my lettuce was rotten. I'm completely appalled that someone thought it was okay to serve food like that and not pay attention to what I had ordered. I will be very hesitant to return to this location in future.

Definitely not 24 hours. Got there at 12:10am and was rudely informed that this location doesn't allow customers at that time. Website, signage both show 24 hours. On previous visits the store was open 24 hours.
Either lazy staff keeping people locked out and lying about hours, or else website and signage needs to be updated.response / report this review -

Long wait for food, cold hamburger, totally greasy food. I didn't think it was that greasy before. I give it a very poor rating., No toilet paper in the bathroom. Don't go there if you are on a schedule.

This place is usually good when I go drive thru. Fast & moving. But today regret going inside the building.. Busy but still had lots of empty tables to occupy but food was not good Patties were really dry on our burgers & the waffle fries did not taste the usual.. Did I tell how dirty it is.. kids play area was all over greasy & their toilets were really stinky Not kept clean
