Front desk awesome with great rooms. Only drawback is poor television channels. Great spot.

My girlfriend lived at The Sutton Place for a year. It was fabulous over the winter. Loved rolling out of bed into the lift, taking hot tubs with visitors and all the staff here were wonderful. In the summer the tour buses were loud. Every 7-9 AM idling if your suite is facing the front entrance. Lots of staff changeover this year due to resort ownership issues which could be way better if they cared. Landlord cranked the rent up $500 per month so she had to leave. Recommend staying here anytime for great staff and ease of getting up the mountain.

We usually come here every year in October when the price is right! We got an upgrade, which was nice. The staff is friendly. The hotel is very nice, but it is definitely “lived in” with a lot of scuffs and damage to furniture etc in the rooms. Usually the hot tubs are open this time of year, but nothing was open this year, and we still had to pay the “resort fee.” Also got locked out of our room for about 15 minutes. We will be back next year, hopefully all maintenance is done! I can’t imagine paying $500 a night or whatever it is in the winter!

Beautiful views and cozy rooms. We stayed in a one bedroom suite, which had a full kitchen, W/D, and amazing heated floors in the bathroom. We were there for a fall wedding and were pleased to have the space and convenience to stay so close to the event. Definitely recommend coming prepared to utilize the fully equipped kitchen as the complimentary breakfast is up the hill at the top of the gondola - which you have to pay to use in the off season.

First class accommodation. Can't blame the resort, but with the wildfires in BC we spent a good deal of time indoors. Limited dining options on site.

Place was nice, rooms are well appointed, with great appliances and a good bathroom. The front desk staff were great. The room wasn't completely clean though (stuff under chairs). The bathroom door to the bathroom didn't close properly either. Honestly at the price I likely wouldnt return.

The rooms are clean and large. The roller coaster was fantastic. The staff are friendly and efficient. The view can't be beat. We try to visit once per summer, and we hope to go back next year.

The resort itself was fantastic and offered a great experience. However, my time here was tainted because of the lack of the satisfactory summer activities. In particular, the disc golf offered no sense of amusement but instead offered a great way to hurt yourself. There was absolutely no safe way of playing it because the course was running through a double black diamond run. There was no pathway, and crossing the course was near impossible with the amount of bugs, lack of any trail and lack of areas to get a good footing. When dealing with my legitimate complaint the staff actually laughed and showed absolutely no pride in the resort. I was given a comment card to voice my concerns, and the only one available was a winter formatted comment card. The most disappointing thing about this resort is the fact that it is beautiful in every aspect except for customer service and care for the workplace.

Amazing place. Service is fast and the staff are very nice. I came here 2 times and I enjoyed both stays. The pool is really fun. Hotel rooms are nice and spacious. Well equipped.

I stayed here for two nights with a group of friends. We checked in, got a super discount for a room upgrade and thoroughly enjoyed one of the two bedroom suites.

The best part about this hotel is without a doubt the fit an finish. Our kitchen was gorgeous, spotless, and 100% functional with a full range and stove. The bedrooms each has well appointed full bathrooms, and the mudroom had laundry included (the dryer was critical to the trip's success as it was super rainy while we skied). The hot tub and pool area is beautiful, and the staff were (at times overly) helpful.

My single complaint here is that navigating the three buildings trying to find ski lockers, parking garages, and other amenities can be daunting at first. There is really poor signage in the hotel itself and during check in you are bombarded with staff giving you the run down on everything. This however, is a somewhat minor complaint.

Overall, I really enjoyed my experience. It was not cheap by any stretch, but it sure was fun and the location could not have been more convenient.

terrible, no wifi, crap resort, such slow room service, how do you have a hotel that is 4 star have no wifi? ridiculous. The only wifi is used for the whole resort, so it takes ages to load up anything. such bad hotel, the only good thing is the rooms, but there are so little tv channels.

Nice place to stay with a friendly staff. The shuttle into town was great, as well. It was kept pretty clean and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen in the room could have been better and we didn't like having to walk across the property to access the pool, but the hot tub in our building was pretty good. It can get pretty noisy in the morning if your room faces the hill. So if you like sleeping in, get a room on the other side, away from the crowds and the helicopter.
I'm not entirely convinced that the price we paid to stay was fair for what we got, but it wasn't an unpleasant experience either. I would recommend it to anyone who likes staying on the hill when they ski.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is stunning. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We visited during the off season and only their main restaurant and breakfast place were open. The food was oddly horrible. It wasn't even not up to the level for a hotel this nice, it was just terrible. Both our dinner at the restaurant and breakfast buffet in the morning were almost inedible. My wife and I couldn't finish our dinners at all. Perhaps the food is better during the ski season, but right now I'd recommend not eating on site.
