From Regina and came to Saskatoon to do some shopping downtown and noticed that rook & raven had good ratings so I thought might as well test it out. O my god!! Am I ever glad I did it was absolutely amazing and great service definitely recommend the risotto balls and the prime rib poutine enjoy!

Unbelievable. In all aspects! My girlfriend and I came here for her birthday supper as first time customers and were blown away. The service, diverse and creative menu offers options for anyone with a selective palate or anyone looking for classic pub style favourites! Highly recommend and it was so good we haven’t even left yet as we are writing our reviews! Excellent. Excellent. Excellent!

Me and a close friend of mine went to the Rook & Raven pub and were greeted by friendly faces, good service, amazing food and a nice atmosphere that wasn’t high stress but relaxing. At a normal restaurant I would have had to wait upwards of an hour to get my food but here we had our appetizer within 10-15 minutes of ordering and then had our main course another 15-20 minutes after that. I want to give special thanks to the cook who pulled off one of the best smoked stakes I’ve ever had and an amazing burger for my friend tho she would have liked more cheese on her burger! I also want to thank the waiter who was on the ball with getting refills for my friend and making sure everything was tasting great and tho I do not remember his name I do remember his face and hope that he will serve me and my friends again! Keep up the great work and thanks again for an amazing experience!

Excellent food! We had borscht and chicken salad sandwichs that were not like you have ever had but will want again! Came back for cocktails later. Bartender (Nolan) took very good care of us. Drink menu is both classic and unique. Interesting twists. Nice little spot!

Despite having a smaller menu, they have excellent vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. Great relaxed atmosphere. The service was friendly and the food was fast!

I enjoy the Rook and Raven for it's atmosphere and menu. The food is pub food with a bit of an upscale twist, offering things like chicken hearts. The cocktails offered are also unique, craft drinks which all have interesting and unique flavours. The beer selection is by no means limited, but there are nearby pubs which offer more variety. Overall the Rook and Raven is a great place for a fancy cocktail, with good food options too.

An awesome bar! One of my favorites in Saskatoon. Very cozy and welcoming. Music, drinks and food are all amazing. I recommend having the fish and chips. Best fish and chips I have had in the city! Staff is very friendly and professional. Very impressed.

Love this place!! Food is amazing! The smoked wings my favorite. drinks are amazing! My favorite is the Bourbin sidecar the staff is always amazing! We come here often and I've never had a bad experience!

We were thrilled with the quality food we enjoyed at this pub. I had the grilled cheese and my husband had the chicken club. DELICIOUS! Had the benefit of a quiet Sunday afternoon late lunch long-weekend. Special kudos to our server who recommended Poached down the street for our breakfast the following day. As tourists we welcomed the advice!

The food here is consistently excellent, great music and a chill relaxed vibe with the clients and staff. One of the better pubs in Saskatoon, in my opinion.

I was in Saskatoon by myself on business. I asked a bunch of police officers for a non-chain restaurant where I would be served good food in a nice atmosphere. They recommended this pub. It did not disappoint! I had the pork steak the bartender recommended and it was nothing short of fantastic. The other diners at the bar were also raving about their food. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. This place is clearly a winner in Saskatoon and I recommend it without reservation.

Wonderful restaurant! I threw a Grub Crawl event through work and Rook and Raven agreed to host our group for two hours on Tuesday evening. I coordinated with the chef what would be served and it was an excellent way to start off an evening! They served us their tacos - all of which are homemade in the restaurant (even the tortilla, I believe!) and they were delicious! I was pumped when Rook and Raven agreed to be a part because I knew they would add that extra flare to our Grub Crawl and make it the special event that it was. Thanks everyone for being so accommodating! The food was fantastic!
