Leanne was incredible to work with. She was so patient, understanding and professional. We were always excited to see houses with Leanne because she made it fun and she’s such a fantastic person to be around. And when our offer was accepted she was equally and genuinely so excited and happy for our family. She really wants to find the perfect house to make your home. You will also want this lady in your corner while selling your place too! Leanne sold our house for way over asking( record breaking in our area) and clearly has the right approach. Leanne has an amazing team with full services including staging,cleaning,professional photography and videography. Plus she has all the contacts you could ever think of needing while going through both the buying and selling process. Not only was Leanne the best real estate agent we could have hoped for but a very sincere, honest, helpful and wonderful person. I can not say enough about our positive experience with her. My husband and I can’t say enough about Kelly. We had found our dream home and needed to sell our home quickly in order to make it work. We were hesitant and nervous after a poor experience with another agent. Kelly made us feel very comfortable and put us at ease. She has a kind and gentle personality, yet she gets down to business! Kelly came in with an action plan, was positive and realistic, extremely knowledgeable, and hard working. We sold our house after the first day on the market! Kelly went over and above our expectations! We got our dream home and couldn’t be happier, and we owe it all to Kelly! We would highly recommend Kelly to anyone, without a doubt. She is truly amazing!

Not sure where to start here. How about Kelly being the major factor in my Wife Danielle and I's biggest investment. Kelly had faith in us finding the right home when we were about to give up. She is truly one of a kind. Compassionate, understanding and knows the realtor market inside out. She means what she says and says what she means. No sugar coating, she'll give you the honest truth every time. Thank so very much for everything you do for us Kelly. You're truly the best at what you do. I wish you nothing but success and happiness with this new chapter in your life's book. We'll continue to recommend you to our family and friends in the future and we will certainly be coming back to you if we ever decide to relocate. Kelly is One of a Kind! She is strategic, knowledgeable, and so personable! She not only sold our house but spent so many late nights with us searching for next home. When the buyers of our house had issues closing their deal, Kelly worked with us and my lawyer to get the deal closed. She was guiding us at every step in this stressful situation (even when the other agent was no where to be found). Deciding to sell wasn’t easy but we are so thankful to have had kelly by our side.

My husband and I had the pleasure of Kelly Squires being our Realestate agent. Not only was she talented and proficient at everything, she also kept me sane throughout the ups and downs of buying and selling.
