Great place to get your eyebrows done. The first time I went the lady that introduced herself as the owner was great. The second time I went I wasn't treated with the same respect. I like this place but customer service is very important!

Horrible. Poor nail quality, went for acrylic nails, came out crooked, unevenly shaped, and bubbles on ever nail, didn't cover complete nail with acrylic properly and didnt do cuticle care. I had to ask three times for her to correct and she didn't understand me.

They ALWAYS pressure you to get your eyebrows done, if I wanted them done I would've asked. Also they never want to wax always want to thread and that hurts, a lot. I got my hair done this weekend and asked for an ombré from my natural brown to a golden blonde. She assured me multiple times she could do it, I told her I DID NOT want it going straight from brown to blonde & that it HAD to fade. She promised she could do it but she did EXACTLY what I didn't want. Now I have to find some way to fix this so I can go out in public because right now I look like a 7th grader who dip died my hair. NEVER going back. EVER. Also they estimated in would cost 60$ and it was 90$ at the end. Horrible hairstylists.

I first had nails painted 3 years ago.she did a french manicure with a silver line that was not neat and straight and thin.
Two weeks ago I needed my shellac polish removed.he used a course dremel file 3 times and my nails are so thin now that they chip a the slightest dent. They fold over completely and have the horizontal marks from the file embedded on them!
