  I am relatively new to weed and had so so many questions which were all answered patiently. A kind gentleman named Chase was very patient and helped me pick a good brand of weed and a fancy little vape thing so the kids don't know I have it LOL! I will be visiting again, thank you Chase!

  Large shop lots of products and selection. Store layout is horrible. First time being in the store I stood along the left side where all the cannibis is stored wondering if I'm in the right place to ask for products. About 3 minutes later a staff member walked around the counter 40ft to where I was standing to serve me. Seems like a silly layout and very open concept store likely to deter or make theft difficult which is understandable but its visually not appealing at all on top of the employees needing to walk huge distances to retrieve products then walk back around the perimeter of the store to get the the register.

  There was a person named Ivory, who completely ignored me when I was waiting for service. Did not even acknowledge I was there. She should not be in the customer service industry. However, another woman came and helped me soon after. I forgot her name, but thank you for your great customer service.

  Overall best price best selection and friendly staff that I’ve ever encountered in the city. Everyone is Very knowledgable regarding their products and every single person seems to have a specialty in terms of what they’re able to recommend. I’ve never been disappointed at the Leila location and I’ve been going there regularly for over a year now.

  I had this wonderful young lady named Raven! She was super helpful and patient with me as I tried to decide ,I wanted a few items 😉 she was very knowledgeable when I had questions and took her time explaining if I didn't quite understand what it meant. I assumed she as a manager and couldn't believe she was ONLY a budtender! Such a capable young lady💯💜 I literally wait until she is on shift so she can serve me. I'm also hoping she stays but If by chance she goes elsewhere for a better opportunity, I will follow as a customerand I buy a lot of products 😉
