This team of 3 (including Dmitri, the owner who also bid the job) arrived when expected, completed the removal of our old furnace and installed the new Ducane 96% high efficiency furnace and all associated vents, piping, pumps, chimney liner, etc in an efficient and professional manner and all done by 5PM (as promised). They took time to explain any questions I had and provided me with warranty info as well as Info regarding future service requirements. We've only had this new furnace for a week now but it has really impressed us so far. We like the variable speed blower (our old blower was either full on or off). This furnace just feels like a high quality product, but it comes with a great warranty if we have any issues. With natural gas prices soaring, we're hopeful to achieve some savings on our future bills over our old, way less efficient furnace.

My AC wasn’t cooling the upper level of my house. I used the website contact form to book an appointment and was contacted quickly to book a time on my requested date. They showed up on time and gave notice by text when they were almost here which I appreciated. They checked my system over and showed me it was operating properly and did troubleshooting to figure out why my upper floor was not cooling. They did what they could to improve air flow and gave me several solutions to make it even better.
