Easily one of the finest hotels I’ve stayed in. Booked it on the recommendation of a local, and I tell you, it did not disappoint. As nice as it was, I’m not used to staying at places like this. The whole experience was a bit surreal. It’s in a very upscale neighborhood, but the hotel itself feels quite relaxed. The staff was amazing, always trying to go above and beyond. I feel bad that we didn’t get to try the spa or really any of the hotel amenities. We did enjoy the restaurant a couple times and I’ll be reviewing that separately.
I did lean on the concierge multiple times for advice, and all three were delightful. Most importantly, they booked me a 5:15am ride to the airport that went beautifully. Overall we spent five nights here and could’ve easily stayed several more. Toronto is an amazing city.response / report this review -

"Luxurious: Truly spectacular design w. high end furnishings and elegant décor.
Comfortable: The rooms are v. spacious, well appointed w. ample working space, beautiful bathrooms, cozy beds, soft linens and even a pillow menu.
Friendly staff: Management is top notch be it front desk or restaurant. Attentive and immediately responsive to any of my concerns. In particular to commend Mr. Adam Alfy, Director of Front Office for his exceptional customer service and ultra polite mannerism. To add that quality staff is the greatest struggle for all of us today. further that the quality of service can only be instilled from top - down. The human asset this hotel has is hard to match.
Convenient location: The hotel is in Yorkville, the # 1 address in downtown TO, close to all the best restaurants, shopping, and tourist attractions.
Spotless facilities: The facilities were spotless and well-maintained, from the sparkling lobby, restaurant and bar to the impeccably clean rooms.
Delicious food: The restaurant menu is vast and the quality of its food is Michelin worth.
Memorable experience: Overall, my stay at the hotel was a truly memorable experience, with great comfort, friendly staff, and an unbeatable location."response / report this review -

Establishment - This is not the first time that we stay at this hotel and we love it every single time. Clean, aesthetically pleasing, and well-situated, you will not be disappointed. The pool and gym are top-tier and there is an an incredible attention to detail. The towels, the granola bars, the water… everything is thought-out with the objective to make the consumer’s experience top-tier. The restaurant is delicious and fun. I recommend taking the breakfast at the restaurant.
Staff - Every single staff member that we ran into were polite, authentic, and welcoming. They remember you, which makes you feel so special. I have no complaints whatsoever.
Overall, 10/10. Everything is perfect and will most definitely be going back. I recommend this hotel to everyone.response / report this review -

I randomly booked this hotel for a weekend getaway. This was by far the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at. The hotel room and decor was wonderful. The spa, amazing. the hotel bar and restaurant, amazing. Every single staff member I ran into was freaking amazing and made our weekend as easy as can be. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

Relaxing stay for two nights, close to five-star dining and shopping. Excellent service with friendly, courteous staff. Room was comfortable and spacious.

I can't describe how amazing and friendly the staff are at this hotel. They donated their suites to a great charity called the Childhood Cancer Canada foundation for their annual mom's squad head shave event. I was part of the group that was doing the head shave event to rise funding for childhood cancer awareness research. We got to stay at the hotel and I have to say I am still in awe by the amount of pampering we got. They looked after us very well from the moment we set foot in the hotel. I thought because it was a free room and that we won't get the same service as a paying customer but boy was I wrong. It didn't matter that we weren't paying customers, they were true to their words in how they take care of their customers. It's a very high end hotel in downtown Toronto. They have an in house restaurant that serves great selections of delicious food and would bring it to your room as well. They have a very luxurious spa with full amenities. They have a 24 hours concierge services as well as heated indoor parking. They have a staff that would look after your furry legged friend and walk it while your getting a relaxing spa. The elevator has a card only accessed key that lets you go to your floor which makes any chance of some one accidently coming to your floor zero. The rooms are luxury and fully stocked with great amenities like min bar fridge with great selections of wine at affordable price, soft drinks, fully stocked selections of assorted variety of tea and coffee with an espresso machine. They have a big beautiful bathroom with large Jacuzzi as well as shower. They have heated bathroom floors with built in tv to watch the news while you get a nice soak in the Jacuzzi. Free WiFi internet as well as free wake up call. I honestly could go on but the page won't be enough and I don't want to bore you with a long review. I absolutely recommend this place. Go see it for yourself. You owe it to yourself to get experience it.

This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at, on par with the Mandarin and the four seasons. The rooms are the size of a suite, with a full sitting room, dressing room, a large tub and an awesome waterfall shower. The room includes a pillow menu with 4 different pillow types to choose from, complementary shoe shine, and a complimentary mini bar including a nepresso machine. The whole hotel has a very clean and very modern feel to it and everything from the staff to the bar were top notch.

Really nice hotel surrounded by cool shops and nice restaurants. Bartender mixes good drinks and food is tasty. Overall design is quite hip, rooms will need some makeover some day. My personal favorite is the french toast for breakfast. Spa is worth a visit.

Wonderful room and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Pillows could be better, but probably the nicest bathroom I've ever used. The soaker tub was suxh a treat.
