Had very nice & clean camping sites. Had couple parks. My daughter had fun playing at the parks with the new friends she made

Park is friendly and full of fun activities. Watch out for your speed limit though. 10km is what is posted and you will be kicked out of park for exceeding speed limit. No exceptions!!

Great getaway The people are extremely friendly. The lots are a good size, love the full hook up. The park is clean, nice play equipment for kids. Would definitely go again!

Nice pool, pond if you like fishing. Not too crowded on weekdays. Not too much shade on some of the sites and the road is pretty rocky. Sites are very nice though

camped here for 2 yrs with wife and son, no problem. this year we were told we were not allowed to leave our 44 yr old son for a couple of hrs to take care of my wife's mothers funeral bussiness. We were not spoke to but screamed at. But after leaving we found a great spot with twice the size lot and half the price. Thank You Ed for being so nasty as we would never have found this beautiful place.

This campground is ok but the staff and owners are so so RUDE IGNORANT and just horrible to kids that camp and most of the seasonal campers are cranky as well. Much better places to camp around here don't waste your money, not much to do here for kids

Went to check out this campground and it was terrible. I'm so glad I didn't reserve a spot here. When I entered the main building the staff were fighting with one of the campers. The camper had a bad experience because she had to listen to drunken screaming all night. There were three signs in the building saying if you were a rude customer you would be charged extra. I guess they must get a heck of a lot of angry and argumentative campers for some reason. Exploring further I understood why.
There were very few children at the campground. It makes sense; I would never bring my children here either. Mostly the haggard and hung over underclass of Windsor were wandering around. I got the feeling that most people had crappy apartment in town and that's why they were at a campsite.
The bathrooms were filthy, the campsites were sprawling without a lot of privacy almost like Woodstock but without entertainment. There is a dirty lake in the middle of the campground where you can't swim. There is a pool but no one was in it even though it's the height of the camping season and it's a boiling hot day.
I was told multiple times not to violate any of the many rules they have at the campground. I guess they need a lot of rules because the campers don't have a lot of common sense.response / report this review -

Owners did not give nice welcome. Hassled us upon entry. Looked to purchase firewood at 9p.m. and was not able to because store is closed. I go camping numerous times a year and this is the worst camp site I have yet to stay at.

Over all a enjoyable camping get away and not far from the city core. Could use some upgrading, and management could ease up on some of the rules it is camping after all!
