  Great service, advice and lots of help from staff. Ceramic tiles were replaced in downstairs shower, great job done! and new floor is great! Also family room and seven stairs were tiled and look fabulous, we received many compliments from family and friends too. The prices were very reasonable and good selection to choose from. During installation, the guys noticed a wavy flaw in the floor slats after the first few rows were installed, installation was stopped, another load was ordered and installed within a week. We surely appreciate the guys stopping installation rather than just leaving us with something substandard. Floor Store is Number 1 and will certainly get more of our business again very soon. Thank you very much!

  Very bad service, no help in there showroom walk around for 20min and walked out.
