Our new fireplace is the best investment we have made to our home. Andrew provided us with professional advice and recommendations and Rick and the install team did great work, with a return visit prior to our stone mason installing the surround. It is a chilly November day as I add my comments to the 5 star rating provided previously, and the fireplace has made all the difference in the comfort of our home. Purchased a Pacific Energy Super LE wood stove to replace my 30 year old Napoleon. This is my third major purchase from The Fireplace Stop in 30 years. My last was a Enviro pellet stove 15 years ago.
The service is still as good as it always has been. The installation crew were superb, not a detail was left untouched and very friendly!
Andrew’s follow up call after install was very welcomed. He gave me great tips on the operation of the stove and the first two burns.
All the staff are very knowledgeable and are willing to please. Still a great place with great products and service.

We are so thankful for the knowledge and experience of the staff at the Fireplace Stop. Andrew Leonard came to our house and the took time to address our needs and issues. His team was amazing during the install, the team knows what they are doing. We couldn't be happier with our new gas fireplaces, furnace and tankless hot water heater. Everything works great and the fireplaces are amazing, the logs and lights looks so real. The Service team has been very responsive answering any questions and following up with us. THANK YOU for peace of mind !!

We purchased a Spartherm Arte U-90 from The Fireplace Stop back in 2019 when we were building our cottage. Andrew and the team provided a competitive quote (noting that these units are not cheap to begin with) and were professional and courteous the whole time. Installation needed some on-site thinking and creativity, which proved to be no problem for the crew. The fireplace is the centrepiece and heart of the cottage. I'd very happily recommend The Fireplace Stop to anyone in the market for a new or replacement unit. Cheers.
