  We built a custom fireplace enclosure for a client and were struggling to find a good fireplace for a good price, until we came to Improve Aire and spoke to Alex! He was very helpful with helping us find the perfect fit for the enclosure.
  
  We ran into another issue with installing the crystal stones in the unit, Alex and his colleagues were more than willing to help us solve the issue and make sure our client gets a good quality unit.
  
  Improve Aire has very reasonable pricing, huge selection from many brands, and very knowledgeable staff. I will definitely suggest Improve Aire to other contractors and anybody looking for Heating/Cooling needs.

  My experience with Alex has been really positive. Although I chose not to go ahead with the fireplace unit this year, Alex was very informative, helpful and returned my deposit. I'll be calling them once I'm ready to purchase.

  STAY AWAY!!!!! If I could give them a zero star rating I would! These guys are rip-off artists! I purchased a “Napoleon” gas fireplace from them. They lure you in with a great price then tell you you’re getting a Continental fireplace (made by Napoleon). Once they got my deposit they told me the job was more complicated than they initially thought which would cost me an extra $1000! I believed them, agreed to it but on the day of the install, they came, removed my old 2-sided fireplace and installed the new single sided fireplace. They did not frame it in or even secure it in place!!! They showed up around 10, left around 12 to go “pick up a part” and returned about 4 hours later! At the end of the day when the job was “complete”, they didn’t even leave us the crystals so I had to drive to their shop to pick it up myself! We had a contractor come to take measurements for a marble surround and he couldn’t believe his eyes at how the fireplace was left. When we called Mo to come back and complete the install properly, he gave us nothing but attitude. Who wants to deal with that? My mistake was paying for the job in full before it was properly completed. Do yourself a favour and find someone who knows what they’re doing. I’m now questioning if they even did the venting properly.

  We were looking for a gas fireplace and had already had a rep from another company visit our home to take measurements and suggest models and prices. He did not inspire our confidence or trust so we contacted Mo through a recommendation from friends who just installed a fireplace.
  When he came to the house for measurements and look at the old fireplace he was confident and clear in what he was going to do, the date, and the cost. There was minimal alteration to the existing fireplace frame whereas the rep from the other company was very unclear regarding alterations and additional costs.
  The crew came on on the date specified. They were professional and courteous. They laid down protective floor covering and cleaned and vacuumed the room when they were done the next day.We feel we got a great price for a great Canadian made fireplace. We really like the remote thermostat and overall were very happy with the experience

  I am so happy to have that I bought my fireplace from Improve Aire. The technicians did a great job to install both my fireplace and the stone work around my fireplace. My fireplace looks great and I am so happy with Improve Aire service. I recommend Improve Aire to all my friends for all their fireplace and HVAC needs.
