  We were shopping around looking for a gas fireplace in our home. We had been to several companies until my brother recommended Hamilton Home Comfort. When I reached out, it was after business hours but I got a nearly immediate call back from Brendan. He has been nothing but informative and courteous. If he didn’t know the answer to our questions, he figured it out and got back to us in a timely manner. We had one small issue with installation, which was rectified immediately and one issue trying to get the rebate from the company. The rebate did eventually come through as Brendan worked very hard to get this for us. Awesome service. Thanks everyone!

  Hired them to install my furnace and air conditioner. Very good experience. Found them very honest and reasonable. The work was clean and the furnace installers were friendly. We also just had them to install a gas fireplace (Napoleon). We really like it and are happy with our selection. I don’t have one bad thing to say about my experience using hamilton home comfort. Even got a free bottle of wine after the fireplace went in!

  I hired Hamilton Home Comfort to install my gas fireplace. We ended up going with a Napoleon gas fireplace and we are very pleased with it. The experience was great. I have since had them also install an AC at my aunts house. This company is honest and provides good value. I would definitely recommend them for all gas fireplace services, as well as furnace and ACs. Will be calling them to replace my furnace when it is time. 10/10 experience

  We had a new natural gas fireplace with a bump out installed. The people at HHC were great from sales, to installation. Everything they did was on time, and professional. We had a delay in side cabinets and HHC had no issue coming back a year later to finish the stone after the cabinets we're finally in. Highly recommend.

  What a wonderful customer service. My husband and I went to buy a new gas fireplace and met Gerry. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. We purchased and had a installation booked in half an hour. Will follow up with installation and pictures.
  Customer service so far was awesome!
  Gerry and Brandon came to install the fireplace insert today what a great job! They were both polite and friendly, even rolled out the red carpet on our stairs 😊.
  We are so pleased with the value for our money. Please go and see them for your home comfort needs. Please see before and after pictures.
