The stove store was helpful and knowledgeable, and after contacting many places, I can honestly say they were the only company who were able to help us with a chimney repair. They did a great job! Thank you!

I’m picky. These guys are amazing.

Great admin, great sales and service, superior products, great technical staff for installation.

We have used them twice now; once for a wood stove and chimney pipe install and once for a new furnace install with some ducting alterations to improve heat distribution (upsized furnace from 60k - 80k btu)

We have shopped around and their slogan of “unmatched” is fitting.

For the woodstove, labour to install (a full days work for 3 people) was approx $1000. Saved me a lot of trips in and out of the house, messing up pipe lengths, and having to cut a hole and flash my roof…Money well spent.

It was easy to make an appointment, but on the day of the appointment, they rescheduled due to an emergency. Nobody showed up for the rescheduled time and we didn't get a call to say they would not be there. We rescheduled again but nobody showed up and again there was no phone call. Good luck actually getting service from this company.

The Stove Store has provided us top service at a reasonable cost, even going us far as getting a stove replacement covered under warranty for us that wasn't even purchased with them. Recommend them to everyone!

Asked for a quote on adding stone on front of fireplace, they came and measured, heard from them a couple of weeks later to say they were working on matching my existing stone and never heard from the again even after I sent emails to the sales rep and several phone calls and left messages, absolutely nothing in return and its been approx 3 months. Here I am trying to support local businesses and this is the service I receive. Stove store failed big time with not even a follow up one way or another. Certainly not good practice for a local business in a small town. Not recommended.
