Was just visiting a few friends that were staying there, but the hotel was very clean and they seemed to enjoy the stay a lot.

Very Impressed with the accommodations and meeting rooms we booked this weekend to celebrate a family event.
Rooms were clean, comfortable and very update.
The staff bent over backwards to accomodate us, and all checked in to make sure we were happy (manager to housekeeping)
The kids loved the pool area, and the catering we ordered was fantastic.
Would book here again, and again!

After calling to ask how much advance notice I needed to give to shorten my stay, I was advised to let staff know at check in. When I advised the clerk at check in that I would only need the room for 2 nights instead of 3, I was told I was on the hook for the 3rd night since I didn't notify the hotel 72 hours in advance!

The room itself was okay, with these exceptions. No shampoo was provided, only conditioner. Also, only decaf coffee was provided in the room. All these problems arise from poor training of staff.

The breakfast I could only describe as 'gut fill.' Nothing tasty or nutritious was provided.

To top it off, our vehicle was vandalized in the parking lot. We came out to an 8" long scratch on the hood that wasn't there when we parked it.

I won't be returning.

Nice suite. Breakfast was decent. Was never any towels at the pool. The ones they brought were small. Need more seating at the pool for parents.

Some rooms are really nice, others are average. Really good free breakfast daily.
Front counter staff could be more professional and be friendlier. Cleaning staff are nice and do a good job.
Nice to have a washer and dryer for your clothes.
Elevators and in room refrigerators need some work.
WiFi, fitness area, pool.
Overall it is a nice place to stay.

Hotel was clean and rooms adequate, wifi was poor but not a big issue. We stayed a Friday and Saturday night. On the Saturday morning we left to go shopping and not returning till just after 4pm tired and wanting to relax, our room had not yet been cleaned. I let the front desk know and waited for someone to address this. Eventually cleaned the room myself and let the front desk know and asked if we could get fresh towels, this was done. When we arrived home and checked my credit card as I always do when we stay at a hotel, I noticed an extra charge of $17.85. When I addressed this with the hotel they said it was to replace a towel that had a stain on it. REALLY, in the many times I have stayed at hotels have never had this happen and can not imagine what stain they could not remove. I was told a manager would call me they following day, no phone call. Though the charge was small, the reason was ridiculous, we have stayed at this hotel other times but will not again both do to the charge but more so the manager not feeling it was necessary to address my concern.

Our room was very clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was good. Lots of choice, and a pancake machine we wish we had at home. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location near lots of restaurants and shopping. Only issue we had was no towels in the pool area. But overall, fantastic choice.

Location of the hotel is alright, there is a few restaurants in walking distance, Ricki's all day grill, Original Joes and a few others, South Centre Mall is also about a 5 min drive away, and a descent mall. Rooms where nice, roomy felt more open than the usual 2 queen rooms, had a window you could open, pool with waterslide great for the kids, breakfast was also really good here, we stayed with a soccer team of 20 girls and there where also other teams staying and they didn't run out of anything during the breakfast rush and staff was extremely on top of cleaning the tables as soon as one became available, they had egg omlets with a salsa sauce and ham inside, scrambled eggs, sausages, and a pancake maker. Have never seen the pancake maker before. Very cool press a button and out comes however many pancakes you choose. Yummy and fresh . Staff was good and friendly. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the room. My bathroom tap had water spots all over it..It didn't look clean and there's a bench next to the TV , my daughter's clothes slipped off the side onto the floor which was next to the wall and when she picked them up they where covered in dust, so the room is obviously not being thoroughly cleaned. Other than that everything was good!

We had come down for my Grandmas 81th birthday. When we first checked in at NO point did the associate confirm that our Credit Card would be charged prior to our check out. Further more one of my family members prepaid for the room but in the same instance above they did not confirm that that credit card was just a deposit. Then as the family member tried to pay for the room they would not accept Credit Card over the phone. They only accept an authorization form that had to signed and dated. I understand that need to protect especially with cyber issues becoming the norm. At the end of the day none of this info was confirmed at the time of the booking which is. Massive communication error. As stated before I have never been to a Hotel where our Credit was charged the room balance prior to check. now my mind !!

Poor management. I had a cancellation issue and called to speak to the manager (Kevin). The manager was supposed to call within 48 hours. No call. I spoke to the call centre and they apologized and told me he would be in contact within 48. No call. I then called them back and was told that they were sorry and that the manager was refusing to speak to me and that unfortunately they could not force him to, as it is a franchise. The person at the call centre was terrific and appreciated my patience in the matter and couldn't apologize enough for the lack of service on behalf of the manager. I recommend Hiltons. Great service and great value.
