The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. . Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great experience and would definitely stay here again!

First room heater didn't work and water on floor of bathroom, 2nd room was ok, water damage near balcony but fairly clean. Pool was a little cold.

Decent stay. Friendly staff. Great Beds. Small Bathroom and only one garbage can in the room. Dennys is good. Moxies is excellent. Shark Club is good. Great area for shopping.

Quiet, comfortable and suites are great. Convenient for getting to and from many locations outside of downtown. Great restaurant attached and bar across parking lot. Best to have a car.

Really nice place. We loved the secure elevators and the room was awesome. Mel made our late check in quick and easy and she was really friendly. Ill be staying here when im in calgary. Great job.

Clean modern rooms. Friendly staff both at desk and around hotel. Relaxing jacuzzi . Fairly quiet . Great for business or family travel.

It was a wonderful experience because we had the dog with us. We could leave him in the room when we went up to the hospital. Good morning coffee and nature bars. Apple's and tea after moons. Felt very welcome. Thank you.

We were traveling through and needed a place for the night. The kids loved the pool, we had a great supper in the attached Moxie's restaurant and the room was clean and comfy. There is also a lot of shopping available in the area though we didn't make use of it this time. Great stay!

Very helpful in the booking process as we had dogs. Great room near an exit making very convenient for walking the dogs. Down side being near the exit as the dogs would stir every time someone would come and go. Lol. Very friendly desk staff. Room was very clean. Nice and close to most emanates. Eg, restaurants and shops. One downer was the hot tub needed a better cleaning. Found a fair bit of hair and other little bits of things floating in it. Otherwise the pool area was clean and a good assortment of exercise equipment. As for the rest of the hotel it was very clean. Oh don't understand the front doors, the outside ones are automatic but the inside set are manual. All in all it was a very good stay and would stay there again.

Great Hotel. Very clean. We even had a welcome sign waiting for our team when we arrived. We will definitely stay again. Just wish a continental breakfast, or something was available for groups.

Room was clean. Pool and hot tub were nice. Parking sucked. In my experience the staff were horrible, rude and lacked basic communication and hospitality skills. Convenient that Moxies and Denny's were right there. Although, I will say that after I checked out I was told that if I asked for a Denny's breakfast voucher I would get one for each morning. When I spoke to the front desk they said that was only for online bookings along with other perks. I was frustrated because if I was told there were more perks, for the same price, if I booked online then I would have booked online. When I called in to book the staff should have made aware of this. Instead they waited until I found out about the perks and rudely informed me it was too late.
When trying to book over the phone, the woman picked up the phone and hung up 4 times without saying a word. On the fifth time she greeted me and I suggested that something may be wrong with the phone and her response was "I'm by myself and too busy to help you" in a very rude tone. I didn't let that stop me from giving the hotel a chance.
The next rude instance was when I called the front desk to ask if they had a specific hygiene product and the woman said "no", in a tone that could only imply I was bothering her then immediately hung up. Not another word, just no.
While I understand the the restaurant staff do not belong to the hotel I do feel it necessary to speak about my experiences in the restaurant. Only one word comes to mind and it isfantastic. The staff were great in the restaurants.response / report this review -

We met with friends for dinner and drinks in their suite. Access to upper floors is by key card only so they had to meet us in the lobby. We ordered off the full menu at Moxie's and the service was quick and food good albeit warm not hot. Friends were staying in a loft suite, tastefully decorated with large pictures of Calgary landmarks.
