Has roaches and mice. No rats tho. The staff is very nice. Except for the one lady whos not nice. They have several working vending machines and an elevator that works fine except if you stand in this one spot it stops. Would get high here again

This place was gross. Not busy at all and the washroom was covered in vomit.

Nice quaint place to rest your feet after sightseeing. Nice drinks, clean restrooms, good snack options and stays pretty busy.

Loses 2 starts because the bouncer working the night of the McGregor Mayweather fight made my friends and I pay him a $10 bribe before he would let us in where we had to then pay a further $20. I wish we hadn't paid it but we were desperate to get in somewhere and he knew this. I really hope something is done about this as it's not fair to take advantage of people like this.

Called on July 19th to set up a guest list for my sister's bachelorette party (Aug 26) the girl said it was fine, but I had to register online. I received a confirmation email after doing so, but today 5 days before the bachelorette party I get an email saying there's no guest list. I'm really frustrated as I let all my guests know it was free entry. I feel as though I should have been made aware of this earlier.

Awesome bar with a great service. Matthew the manager was very helpful in retrieving my phone which got stolen because of my own negligence. The bouncer visited 3 separate bars to try and find the thief, who they caught on camera. I thought it was gone forever, but a couple days later I got a text saying they tracked down the thief's brother and were able to get the phone back. All the employees really went above and beyond. I will definitely visit again next time I'm in Vancouver.

The place is cozy and the background music is mostly comfortable. There are some regulars who frequently go there.
For a pub in the heart of Gastown, the beer is very reasonable. On weekends, there are servers.
All in all,a quiet and safe place.
During the summer months;there are live events and entertainment and some staff/security personnel outside to ensure that minors are not permitted. So have a piece of ID available.
This is one of the more affordable places where one can have a quiet and enjoyable time.

Yeehaw! This Country style club/bar is a lots of fun and always attracts an interesting crowd. Its a good spot if you want to get away from the yuppie crowds and have a more down a dirty fun night with cheap drinks and good music.

Great if you are 19 and are looking for a fun night out. Not so fun for my 25th birthday, but I see the appeal. Popular music, games and a dance floor.

Brought over 30 ppl on several nights. And gave the bar several chances as it's a good spot. First experience we came in on a Sunday and after seeing we were a group they decided to do 10$ cover on a Sunday for my friends to join the party. Fine OK. So we come back and tonight i Gave the bar tender a 50 bill for a single beer and he comes back with Change for a 20. I confronted him and he exact words were. "Sorry man I thought you were drunk." Needless to say I left and we won't go back. I am with a touring company and we will spend a lot of money and time at a good bar, its a Great place, but they have terrible staff. Our group was the only people there on the second night and all of the sudden there is a cover and drink prices went up. Game over, no wonder they are failing

I have been to the pub three times. Once it was pretty crowded. And quiet at the last two times. Very cosy and nice bartender. Reasonably priced drinks. All in all, always had a nice time.
