The Bike Zone is Great! My boyfriend Benny bought our bikes there and we loved the experience! I copied and pasted my review for the Bike Zone that I posted on Yelp which they buried (Censored) here it is..What`s up Yelp! What is up with not recommending my boyfriend Benny`s review for the Bike Zoneit makes me mad, you buried Benny`s review on the Bike Zone and we love our Bikes and enjoy riding them togetherand if anyone is going to censor my Benny it is me! Not Yelp!

These guys are awesome! They have a great selection of Bikes. Do not hesitate to shop here! These guys are so busy they probably don`t have time to eat their lunch.
As for Wanda with the 1 star review (get a life Wanda M) Wanda you can`t even give a person 5 minutes to gulp down their pizza!

Went here on Saturday October 7th to purchase a new bike. They have a fantastic selection of bikes for all ages and skill levels. Unfortunately the staff service was horrible! Nobody tried to help me whatsoever. The staff all just sat at the desk eating pizza not caring about anybody in the store. I also found it rude and unprofessional for staff to be eating at cash where people pay. 5 stars for the selection but zero stars for the service!!! Just horrible

I came in in the spring during the bike show because I heard their ads on the radio. Never shopped there before. I was looking for a specific bike that no one in the city stocked and it would probably have to be special ordered. The reason I came in after hearing their ads was because I noticed on their website they actually stocked the model down from the one I wanted so I could see the frame geometry and decide whether I would go for the more expensive model I was interested in. Met the owner and explained what I was interested in. He was VERY helpful and not too push of a salesman. Nice guy. We worked out a deal on the price which I was happy with (considering I thought I would get very little discount on a special order item). Ordered the bike. Got it quickly from Kona and have been riding it regularly since. LOVE it. THANKS

I bought a new bicycle here a couple of weeks ago. A Scott Aspect. After about 10 rides, the back tire constantly needed air so I took it in. At first the parts and service kids weren't very helpful. They said I had to pay no matter what. Then a gentleman named "cousin Steve" saved the day! He was helpful and honest. He said he'll look at it and said at worst, he'll just charge for parts. In the end, he found a little piece of of shrapnel. Hard to say absolutely if it's the root cause but cousin Steve replaced the tube free of charge. You know it's the little things that count. I will always pay if you're honest and polite and it's the right thing to do. A little bit of kindness goes a long way with me. Thanks Cousin Steve!!

RUDE! Went here today to look at getting a new FS mountain bike and grab pedals for the wifes bike, when i walk in the owners got his head down and the employee just stares me down! Ten seconds later a guy walks in with a nice expensive bike and these two are all over him. After a couple grunts from the moppy headed one i purchased my pedals and left. Thank god i didnt drop the money on a bike there as i had planned because this is not customer service! Its self entitlement and its going to bite you in the ass the minute another bike shop opens in this city, go to the Gta theres plenty of bettr shops that are glad to help

Very friendly and helpful staff - most of them, I know, ride a lot themselves and know exactly what they are selling. They helped to repair or quick fix my bike on several occasions and often for symbolic price, so I have no doubts where to go if something goes wrong. I had something broken soon after the fix, but it was because they replaced one part with something they believed would last longer than the original, so actually I appreciated the effort more than accidental failure and considered it great customer service instead. Than you guys for your outstanding service!

Spent nearly a grand on a bike. First they "forgot" to put air in after taking a good 15 minutes adjusting my new bike. On my second day of riding the two screws holding the handle bars in place appeared not be screwed in making the wheel move freely. Are you kidding me? Selling people death traps? Can you put some more effort into building your bikes? people can get seriously hurt.

Awesome service. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient staff. They give the vibe that no question is dumb question. They tuned my breaks, oiled my chain, and installed my gadgets. Will definitely come again!

The Bike Zone is a amazing store with great staff. The Pros are that the workers are kind and honest, the store looks and feels professional, there are places to sit while waiting for a quick repair. The only Con are that the price is kinda high for most thing except for the bikes. Overall i would recommend that if you need a repair go there and for a bike too. For parts if you need them quick get them there otherwise go to amazon
