Tonight, team 5420 hosted the wedding celebration for Maria and Chris. This couple enjoyed every moment of their special day and had nothing but rave reviews for the Atrium, their vendors, the food, the dancing, the drinks and the entire experience. The Bride and Groom said they had a perfect night from start to finish and couldn't believe that their Italian families were saying there was too much food. Congratulations to Maria and Chris and team 5420 is glad they were apart of this amazing day.

Tonight, the Atrium hosted a very special anniversary dinner for Stephanie and Grant's 1 year Wedding Anniversary. Stephanie and Grant were our first couple back home at the Atrium after the fire and gave our team a lot of trust and faith to make their special day happen for them at home. We were extremely excited to have them back home 1 year later to enjoy their wedding meal all over again as well as check out the improvements to the venue. We will post pictures of this great night as they become available.

Tonight, the Atrium hosted the Wedding Celebration for Lindsay and Zach. This amazing couple have been a joy to take care of from the minute they booked at the Atrium. The entire team was on point making sure they had a perfect event. The staff received an amazing comment card score of 111% from the guests and everyone loved the food, music and atmosphere. Today the Atrium team had a busy day with 3 events. The first event today was the Bridal Shower for Kaley. All the guests came and enjoyed a beautiful High Tea event. Tonight, the Atrium hosted the Food Tasting evening for Shauna and Andrew's upcoming wedding. This couple enjoyed a delicious plentiful meal with their family. By the end of the meal everyone was beyond full and ready to sleep. The bride and groom are excited for the big day to arrive and to enjoy their hand picked menu again. We cannot wait for Shauna and Andrew's special day.

Where do I even start. When this venue was suggested to me I didn't even know it existed. My Fiancè and I contacted them and met with the owner Alex within two days.
From our first interaction with Alex we knew that he would definitely be someone we would be interested in working with. He started the conversation by asking how we met and how my fiancè proposed, as he wanted to get to know us from day one. This was a nice change as most venues just show you around quickly and get right down to talking buisness. By the end if our first visit we left feeling comfortable and at home which was a nice feeling!
Through the whole planning process you are never alone there is always Alex or an Atrium staff member one phone call or email away! They also have a great selection of preferred vendors who are absolutely amazing, and hold up to the Atriums high standards.
The day of our wedding everything was even better then I could of ever imagined! To our suprise Alex showed up to our ceremony to ensure everything was running as planned. He also informed us that when we were ready to leave he had our own separate car for us to ride in which was a brand new white Tesla. Such an amazing surprise our guests loved taking photos of the car and us getting into it, not to mention how fast and smooth it drove!
Upon arriving at The Atrium we were welcome with red carpet service and smiles all around! The Bridal suite was set up beautifully and Alex provided me with my last minute request for pickles and olives! Our guest began to arrive and were blown away by the decor and how beautiful the venue was.
The night went so smoothly and Tyler (the Food and Beverage Manager) and the Atrium staff were amazing and never miss a beat! The food at was delicious and definitely not your average wedding food, my guest described it as "fine dining". Alex himself made the Caldo Verde soup which is my husband's favorite Portugese soup, and it was amazing! Portion sizes are huge and trust me no body left without a full stomach!
Over all our Atrium experience was amazing, and we were always referred to as part of the Atrium family! To this day our family and friends still tell us what an amazing wedding it was and how great the food was!
A huge Thank you goes out to Alex, Tyler, Kylie and the rest of the Atrium team for everything you did to make our wedding day a day to remember!! We look forward to working with you again someday in the future!

We wanted to give our sincere thanks to the Atrium for hosting our son's birthday party on July 8th. Our family has had several events at the Atrium and it feels like each time they outdo themselves! All of our guests are always amazed with the great tasting food and portion sizes. The staff are always so helpful and they make sure everything goes smoothly during your event. My daughter Renée had her Wedding here along with her surprise Baby Shower and both times were amazing! We also experienced a private food tasting a while ago in the suite and it was remarkable. The food, staff and service was exceptional. Alex and the staff take such good care of my daughter, son in-law Joshua and her guest with such professionalism and treats us as if we are family, every time we have the opportunity to be there. I am so thankful that my daughter found this venue! It's our go to place for all our events. My new wife and I had a fantastic and positive experience on our wedding day at the Atrium. We were both very happy with how well the staff executed and remained on time throughout the event. The rooms for both ceremonies looked fantastic. I was particularly happy with the tea ceremony arrangement. Tyler was incredibly accommodating and always available. The entire Atrium staff was very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to be provided with a Tesla to deliver Anita and I to and from our post-ceremony photoshoot. The service during the dinner was professional and quick. Our guests were also delighted about the pace of the day, speed of the table service and the quality of the food. I heard many stories of people getting seconds. We’ve received many comments about the excellent meal and the beauty of the venue. The DJ was also incredibly accommodating. He took everyone’s requests and played most of those requests (which, in my experience, is not that common). The bar service was another positive experience throughout the night. Service was again quick and friendly.

My husband and I got married at the Atrium on October 14 2017. Our guests could not say enough about how much they enjoyed themselves and how delicious the food was. I heard all positive feedback about how professional and kind the servers were. The Atrium team went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect.
I can honestly say that day was the best of my life marrying my best friend and that was thanks to every thing that Alex and Tyler did. They were there for us every step of the way.

Just came home from The Atriums Grand are-opening. Alex and the team put on another spectacular evening.
I’d like to share a story with you from this evening as well. Nicole and myself we’re enjoying the amazing food and drinks when all of a sudden the drink slipped out of Nicole’s hand and a small amount landed on her white dress a disaster to be sure.
Here’s the best part. From across the crowded room, Alex the owner and CEO spotted what was happening, rushed over and asked if we needed soda water and a napkin to clean up. Then he personally went out of his way to go to the kitchen get what we needed and come back. He didn’t get one of his many staff or his assistants to do this, he did this himself personally. It was in that moment we felt like family.
This type of service and attitude has infected his entire staff and it shows. If you are still considering other venues for your event or wedding stop. This is it, this is the place.
The Atrium really is Burlington’s premier banquet centre and conference hall.
Give Alex and the team a call, you won’t regret it. We have no regrets and we look forward to being clients of the Atrium for many years to come!response / report this review -

We booked the Atrium months ago to host our son's First Holy Communion Party.
When the Atrium buliding experienced a fire, we felt terrible for the staff. Everyone remained positive and quickly found us another venue to host our event.
Our greatest challenge was to create a safe meal to accommodate everyone's food allergies including dairy, shrimp, sesame and tree nuts. We felt strongly that the ENTIRE meal from start to finish be free of these allergens to ensure safety and inclusivity. Alex took our concerns very seriously and understood the severity food allergies pose. We met with chef Moe, who was also very understanding and knowledgable in the area of food allergies.
Chef Moe patiently listened and provided many safe options. He spent the extra time needed to call suppliers, read food labels and consult us along the way. We worked in partnership to find safe alternatives. Chef Moe created an ABSOLUTELY delicious meal that was beautiful and most importantly, free of all allergens! Everyone savoured each bite and were impressed with the food presentation.
We thank Chef Moe for providing a remarkable experience for our family. His food was made with compassion, empathy and love.

All guests were impressed by the wait staff and service provided.

Best venueEVER!!!. When every guest that was at our reception tells us how fantastic the food,service and reception on a whole was even up to almost a year later. That has to tell you something about the Atrium staff and how prepped they are for any function. Alex always says welcome home when you arrive and that isn't a saying that is how you feel and are treated. Our daughter and son-in-law's wedding was held at the Atrium Burlington in early November. It was a wonderful event. All of our needs were attended to - down to the smallest of details. First off I have to tell you guys how much I love the Atrium! I got married there 8 months ago and I want to let you all know that you are in great hands the minute you book with The Atrium. Please note that this is coming from the pickiest woman on the planet. Anyone that can deal with me with such grace deserves a high rating and secondly I don't know another banquet hall that will seriously treat you with such importance. They really listen to my ideas and want to achieve the best for me and my husband. You won't find this type of interactive treatment anywhere else. Not like this! They take it to another level. The moment that really did it for me was just a few days before the wedding. I was rushing around to do things and Alex suggested I leave one of my wedding dresses in the suite to cut time on the day of the wedding. Would you believe that Alex stayed behind on his personal time and took over 2 hours to steam my wedding gown!? Just to help me out! My dress was huge and with so many layers. I will never forget that! I actually get emotional thinking about it. It is one of the kindest things someone has ever done for me. That's the type of people you deal with booking with The Atrium. Where else would you get treatment like that? While shopping around I learned many places are just about the numbers but The Atrium BC are about you! My wedding experience was perfect. The staff is wonderful and the service is out of this world. Seriously to this very day my guest are STILL talking about how amazing the food was and that its the best wedding they have attended. Thanks to all the amazing staff for their hard work and efforts in making Josh and my wedding a huge success. Also a big Thanks to the Chef for making everyone's stomach very happy! Last but not least, Alex for making my Fairy-tale Wedding one that I will never forget. 💕
