14/365 #lifeonpurpose 🌳💨🔥💦Today I have scheduled my first official Freedom Friday (aka Money ❤️ Day!) I had the privilege of chatting with an amazing bookkeeper the other day and lucky for me she considers herself a champion for women in business and offered up some insights!
Today I will be executing a bit of planning and strategy to help me get on track! Here’s the thingmy business is all about my zone of genius, my magic, my desire to be of service to great women who want to Live On Purpose! And none of that will matter or see the light of day if I can’t share my magic because I have not taken care of the backend of my business! Many (of us) new entrepreneurs make the same mistakedo all the things to grow grow growand without a plan we will busy ourselves right out of doing what makes our businesses great our MAGIC!
What can you do today to set yourself up to be free, to be in your zone of genius? Freedom needs a strong backend!!!!

It was an emotional dayas always I allowed my vulnerable side to showit was a great day. As I drove homeenjoying the beauty of the day, I knew that I had done the best I could. And that my 10 years working at helping others to gain a greater understanding of the impact of poverty has allowed me to experience some of my finest moments!

What has "being stuck" already cost you in time, money and energy? I wonder if you don't take a risk and start to recognize that you are worth investing in, what doing nothing will cost you in 12 months from now? What is your sense of joy and purpose worth?
My husband said something to me early on in my personal journey which has stuck with me, and I think applies to you here "This new thing that you want to do may cost us money, and may take up your time but it will be worth it because your unhappiness costs us so much more. Go and do the thing you need to do to be happy and live a life on purpose and it will be worth every penny." Smart guyyou should listen to him.
I did, and you know what? He was right! Here's the dealit doesn't matter if it's with me or anyone else; just get out there, find the thing that will get you to your joy and go after it!
You are worth investing in!

11/365 #lifeonpurpose 🌳💨🔥💦 Today was the last day of my vacation before heading back to my last month at workand I have gone through a myriad of emotions. From wanting to sit on my ass to moments of pure anxiety where I raced around the house “getting shit done”. I finally chose to do a few hours of writing and connecting, followed but a few hours of mental check-out. I am not exactly sure how I feelthis is all so new. I haven’t spoken to anyone at work since I submitted my resignation so I am not sure whether to anticipate a bunch of, or maybe zero conversations about itI decided to take the ups and downs I have gone through today as a bit of energetic motivationI do not know what the future will hold and I still know I made the right decision. I am not perfect, I will try things fail and I know I made the right decision. I know this because the thought of #doing, #creating, #connecting, #Coaching absolutely #setsmysoulonfire 🔥 I know that for the next month I will commit to winding my projects up, leave them in a state that reflects my sense of honour and integrity and prepare myself to walk away. 8/365 #lifeonpurpose 🌳💨🔥💦 My life on purpose is not about “working out”it’s about getting back into my body. It’s about listening to every cell of my being and making decisions with the intention that I want to live as my best Self
My life on purpose is about creating a mind/body/soul that is free. Free from pain and anxiety. Free to love and laugh. Free to take in all that serves me and to be of servicejust as I am.
Lacing up my running shoes and sweating my ass off does indeed feel like freedom. There, with only my thoughts and a few good beats to keep my going I allow myself the time to slow down and listen to what I want. 🌟I want a body that can take me anywhere I want to go. 🌟I want a mind that is open to all the possibilities of the universe and 🌟I want a soul filled with so much love and compassion, that what spills out is more than I can give.
