  The driver drove us around. It was a 5 minute drive, but it took 15. I pulled up Google Maps halfway through and the driver was going the opposite way

  They don't provide car unlocking for keys left inside the car in an rural area

  Absolute terrible service. We asked for two taxi and one never showed up. We had to split the group and some of us waited and kept calling them for over 40 minutes. Got rude answers and "it's not our fault ". We missed a booked activity due to that.
