I have never used their bus service and will never use it. I was touring the Gaspé by bike and three excellence buses in three days brushed past us. Your drivers (the three we saw) are public dangers, no respect for the law!

Horrible Company. The driver of the bus struck me on 5th Avenue in the middle of New York City and then fled the scene. I chased after him, yelling for him to stop. However, when I finally caught up to him, he looked at me, put his sunglasses on, and drove away. The Company refuses to reimburse me for anything. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, for their own safety.
