Absolute terrible service. We asked for two taxi and one never showed up. We had to split the group and some of us waited and kept calling them for over 40 minutes. Got rude answers and "it's not our fault ". We missed a booked activity due to that.

Will tell you they are 10 minutes away every time you call and then not show up for over 2 hours. Happened two nights in a row and ruined the weekend. Use any other company.

Currently waiting for a taxi, has been an hour and 30 min since they told us 20 minutes, they have told us 4 times since that we were going to be picked up within 15 minutes, absolute lies, will never use this company again
Side note, it is New Year’s Eve right now but still, just be honest if you are busy. Very upsetresponse / report this review
