Just had my first colour tattoo done with G.NO the process was easy, she was super flexible with all of my design asks. I am super picky and not once did she make me feel bad or high maintenance. I would definitely recommend her and the shop. Thanks G.No!

I got my tattoo with Ellen today and I am just in love with her work that I even booked my next tattoo in 2 months. Perfect lines, delicated, good environment and very light hands that it was not even painful. I have 8 others tattoo but for sure this is my favorite one. I really recommend Tattoo People and Ellen as an artist :)

Super friendly, clean and inviting atmosphere. I got a floral piece by Kelly and recently added more to it with her. She was very kind and patient when designing my tattoo. I could not be happier with it. Kelly was incredibly talented and I am so happy I picked Tattoo People for my tattoo!

I got a very thin line heart tattoo, done by Ellen (@bobbiberry_ on instagram). Ellen was fabulous. Firstly, she was extremely patient while I tried on different sizes and locations, but the tattoo itself was better than I imagined it could be. I really wanted it to be super thin, and dainty. Ellen really took her time and was extremely thorough. It is the perfect shape and honestly 100% perfect. Thank you Ellen for being a perfectionist even on such a “minimalist” tattoo. It really goes to show how caring and thoughtful you are with any tattoo you do :)

Loved this shop! It is super clean and modern, I loved all the plants. All my emails were answered in a timely manner and my artist (Yusun!) was extremely easy to work with. I will be back, and I would recommend this shop to anyone who asks!

I've been following these artists on social media and admiring their work for a long time, and they absolutely did not disappoint when it came time for me to get the tattoo I'd been considering for years. I'm an artist myself and SUPER picky when it comes to something that will be on my body forever, but Kelly did the most incredible job. I'm so impressed with the quality of her linework and it came out even better than I imagined. It's exactly what I wanted! Not only that, but she (and everyone else in the shop I spoke to!) was so nice and friendly and the atmosphere was very clean and inviting. I can't say enough good things about my experience, thank you so much!!!

I just had my tattoo done today by G.No and she did not disappoint! I have been following her for awhile on instagram and in my opinion she is the best when it comes to coloured floral tattoos. I finally was able to get an appointment with her after months of waiting and during our consultation she was very open to my ideas and her knowledge solidified the design. The outcome of my tattoo was unbelievable! She is a true artist and I am so happy with the tattoo :) I will for sure be coming back to G.No and the other great tattoo artists.

I had a tattoo done today at Tattoo People and I could not be happier with the result! G.No was the artist who I went too and she was amazing. I had been following the shop and a few artists on Instagram for a while and was so excited when their bookings opened that I jumped at the chance to get tattooed by G.No. Everyone was super friendly and G.No was incredibly professional. I can honestly say that the vision I had for my tattoo was brought to life by G.No and the Tattoo People staff. I will definitely be back for another one in the future. Thank you.

It's been almost 2 years since I got my tattoo here, so my review may not necessarily reflect current practices.

Overall, I had an amazing experience here and will definitely go back for any other work I want done. Reception was very friendly and not pushy or sales-y. I also really like that you pay by the piece, not hourly. Scheduling was quick back then and I got my tattoo within 3 weeks. My artist was super friendly, very experienced, clean and made a 7 hour session very manageable.

A few things that weren't so great:

- communication with the shop isn't the easiest. Like others said, it takes some time for the shop the respond. Sometimes, you need to email them a few times.

- (2 years ago) my artist didn't speak English, so it was hard to get my tattoo ideas across. The tattoo still came out beautifully, but I had a bit of anxiety. This might not be the case anymore, though.

- lack of continuity of artists. I got my tattoo done with Jin (Zhin), who I don't believe is in Toronto any longer. I recently contacted the shop about getting a touch up done and was told he is no longer at the shop. They offered to get someone else to touch it up but I'm still thinking this over as I'm not sure if a different artist may alter my piece.

I had my tattoo done a few days ago by Kelly and she was awesome! Welcoming shop, she worked with what I wanted as well as her professional opinion and I ended up with the most perfect tattoo! Everyone who's seen it so far has loved it!

Everyone at the shop is insanely nice and I appreciated the chill environment.

Will be back for many more!

This is my 2nd time at Tattoo people with Nikki. I went back because not only did I love the design but my healing was incredible. I read somewhere that if the artist is good there should be virtually no scabbing-and there wasn’t. Highly recommend!!!

I got a tattoo back on November 10th from Niki (nikisugaa on instagram) and I honestly couldn't be happier. Her flashes are amazing and I had had my eye on one of them for a long time, and when I finally decided I wanted it, messaging her and setting everything up was easy! I'm glad I worked up enough courage to get my first tattoo done here. (I'm also definitely keeping an eye on more flashes!)

I got a Japanese Traditional Sleeve done by Khan. The whole experience from the initial consultation, to the last drop of Ink was wonderful. Khan is a quiet and thoughtful fellow who lets his art do the talking. He is very talented and meticulous. I spent 5 months, 1 Saturday a month with these guys and the place was always buzzing. A great vibe and happy staff. From what I could see, very keen and skilled artists rocking other styles. The place is super clean and has great character. An 11 out of 10 across the board. Look no further, Tattoo People will sort you out!

I have been following G. No on Instagram for about a year and she is unbelievably talented. I did have to wait for a while to book but it was well worth it! I am so happy with my tattoo and she is very professional. She captured exactly what I wanted and the colours turned out great!
