I was downstairs in our raised ranch admiring our new Valor fireplace this evening and telling my wife how happy I am with the unit. The lower level is toasty warm and evenly heated. I love the radiant technology, and being a typical male, I am especially pleased with the remote control feature. After listening to myself, I realized that I need to call or write to Jason and to let him know how happy we are. I was looking for Jason's email address and spotted this review component and decided that this is an even better way to say thank you.
Cheryl Ann gave us excellent advice regarding the colour and style of the unit. You live with a fireplace for a long time. She has excellent artistic judgement and we are glad that we listened to her.
The installation team was very friendly and professional. They ensured that we knew how to run the unit prior to leaving the house. They laid down runners on the floor to protect them and the technicians cleaned up immaculately. These same men come into our house yearly to service the furnace, air con unit, hot water heater and electronic air cleaner which we also purchased from the Comfort Guy over the years. This is a winning company with a very knowledgeable management team who hire motivated and highly competent people.

Great service, great price. Purchased my furnace, AC, and water heater here. Install was quick and easy. Financing offered was very competative. 2 1/2 years later, still not a single problem.

I called and told them that the humidifier on my furnace needed a new diaphragm valve, so we made an appointment. The ‘Comfort Guy’ came and looked at it, said it would ‘likely’ be cheaper to replace the entire unit for $650-$750, charged me $137.51 and left, all within the span of about 25 minutes. What a rip off.
