Will never deal with these folks again. Have purchased all my appliances with Boys and after this experience will never be back. After having new floors installed, we decided to purchase a new dishwasher as ours was old and figured to be on the safe side, replace with new one. New Maytag was delivered and we had an Electrician come in to hook up dishwasher. The electrician detected that the dishwasher was leaking. We needed to call Boys to come and look at it. Boys sent out a service guy, very nice man. Dishwasher needed to be repaired due to manufacturer defect. Feeling insecure with problems with the machine and the fact that it was brand new, called Boys and asked for them to take the unit back and we would come in and choose another brand. We were advised that we could not return the unit that it would simply be fixed. Very upset that as an unsatisfied customer, they were unwilling to make things right. Shame on you.

A friendly local dealer of large appliances. They do delivery and setup as well. Chris is very helpful and knowledgeable. There's also a parts department in the back where you can order replacement pieces for appliances. I've had to replace switches on my stove and ordering through them has been quick and convenient.

Wife and I wanted a new washer/dryer, but really didn't want to support a "big box" store. We just moved to Woodstock and wanted to see what the local/smaller shops had. On a fluke, we walked by Boys Electric so decided to see what they had. Found a great deal on a set and bought it from Chris. Great place, very informative, very polite and Chris was knowledgeable.
