  Everything is great, until you have to speak to someone to manage a abnormal issue. Then everything goes to hell.

  I was very excited to become a client of this bank but it's been a nightmarish experience. Somehow, it's impossible to get them to activate my account. Despising numerous documents proving my identity, and numerous attempts, they are unable/unwilling to help me in an issue that is in no way my fault.
