Purchased a new Mazda 6 from Scott and the group at Chatham Mazda. The experience went smoothly and did not feel like a "game" to get a fair price. Very relaxed atmosphere. When I picked-up the car AJ was EXTREMELY helpful going over all the details before I drove off. Chatham Mazda's price for the exact same car was much less than what I would have had to pay for it if i bought it at the Mazda dealership that is in my City.

Thanks AJ and Scott for your time and patience. You made a Mazda Fan boy ( an old one at that but who's counting) out of me. A casual demo doesn't do justice to this car. All the ergonomics, technical specs and functionality they put in the Mazda 3 GT can only be absorbed by driving it. And it is fun to drive. Taking it for a demo is only a teaser ownership seals the deal.
The care and level of commitment that the Mazda Team in Chatham has is second to none. They are so accommodating that you really feel they have your back.
Thanks again AJ and Scott for such a positive connection and looking forward to seeing you guys during my Maintenance Schedules.

Their customer service is top notch. I have yet to experience the service department however that time will come and I will update my review. Customer Service is the most important and this place has figured out how that works. There are hiccups everywhere you go, but any I experienced here (and there was one or two) we're promptly taken care of. Second purchase from Chatham Mazda and likely not the last.

I have just finished which i thought was going to be the hardest and dragged out process with having to purchase a new car, and to my surprise this was one of the easiest processes i have ever done, when you talk about being professional and actually trying to help someone on top of going above and beyond what you would expect any employee to do, from the salesman to the financial to the manager, just an absolute pleasure dealing with individuals like this, they really make you understand and appreciate what you're investing in and no bull, straight forward and honest, which is missing in a lot of companies, regardless of the car i choice, it didn't matter to them , they just wanted to help me out and make something work for me, and left with a new 2016 Mazda 3 GX an couldn't be happier, if you're a car person or not (like myself, i know computers not cars) then i would recommend going to Chatham Mazda and talk to Jim, Jessie and Scott, that trio is just a bundle of perfection waiting to help you. Absolutely amazing customer service and experience. I came from Windsor to purchase my car at Chatham Mazda. I told them the car I wanted and what I wanted to pay for it and they got it for me. Not once did they give me the run around, try to cut corners, or play any salesman games. Scott and Jim made my purchase a positive, pleasant, and painless experience. I felt like a valued customer (which seems to be a rarity these days) and can't thank them enough for their commitment and dedication to their customers satisfaction. I love my new Mazda but the experience at Chatham Mazda made it even more enjoyable to drive :-)

Gerry, and the rest of the Chatham Mazda team made buying my first car feel so comfortable. Every other place I went felt like I was being pressured, but at Chatham Mazda I didn't feel any of that. I told them what I was interested in, and they showed it to me, and it was as simple as that. Once I had decided on buying a Mazda, they made the process so simple. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a new or used car to make sure to stop in at Chatham Mazda and talk to Gerry or any of the other great guys there.
