We wanted to share our feedback from our recent vehicle purchase experience with Marco Tirone @ Countryside Dodge/Chrysler. As you know, buying a vehicle can be a pretty stressful experience, and I can be a pretty skeptical person at times when it comes to sales. From the beginning, Marco made me feel at ease, and his customer service and follow up was excellent (persistent, but not pushy or over-bearing). He worked hard to get us the best price on the vehicle we wanted, with the options we valued.

I know that at the end of the day, a salesperson needs to sell to put food on the table, but I truly believe that Marco was committed to our best interests, without sacrificing his or Countryside's character & integrity.

The entire experience was very positive and the entire team did a great job (Marco, finance dept, Paul in the body shop, customer service, etc).

I have only had great experiences at countryside dodge. I love the sales, service and parts i get here. This place is the BOMB. Two nice young men named Sterling and Terry Q work on my vehicle on a regular basis. Those 2 are amazing. I will keep coming back again and again and again.

The salesman Marco was so genuine and helpful. We felt very comfortable and didn't feel pressured at all. We felt that he cared about our needs and went above and beyond to make us happy. We were treated so well that we actually ended up buying 2 vehicles the same day, 1 new and 1 used. The management team was fantastic too, they all worked together to make the buying experience not only a happy one but one that we will tell all of our friends and family about.
