The atmosphere is romantic, exotic and classy. The servers are attentive and always on the floor. Food arrives quickly. Lots of variety. Always fresh, always delicious!

Starbucks prices with more comfort and quality options. The cake selection is very diverse and the warm beverages are very well made in special latte glasses. It is a little dark though if you're not sitting next to the window!

By far my favourite place to study AND eat. Weam is a cultural icon and a really great waiter he's also hilarious. Casey, the manager is also a wonderful woman and ensures that every experience is a positive one! 10/10 stars and I am MAD that there are negative reviews. what is wrong with people?!

I was on a first date here. The atmosphere is actually really great for this. We both enjoyed some nice cold fruit beverages. We split a flatbread, but unfortunately I need to call them on that. What arrived was this top-soggy Chicken and Gouda thing devoid of flavour. It actually looked fine, but had this not been a first date, I would have drenched it in hot sauce just taste something. Food aside, we had a lovely evening. I wasn't going to let a soggy piece of bread ruin that. I'm actually quite happy 'cause things went well enough that we're planning our next date. So I can't fault the venue, but fix that menu.

PS: Tell me if you see this so we can laugh about it. ;)

Service was great. We had a small meeting here which they had enough space for our small group. Drinks and dessert I had missed the mark, which is especially concerning considering my dessert was a Symposium favourite.

We took our son and new daughter-in-law and their children out for a wedding luncheon. The food and atmosphere were wonderful and the kids ate everything on their plates which is almost unheard of with them.

Love this location for being in the heart of downtown and great patio. Great spot for an intimate or relaxed meet up. Always have had a positive experience here.

A nice atmosphere with a decent menu. They have a major focus on their cakes, which are quite rich. It's a bit dark inside, but overall a pretty good place for a quick bite or sit down dessert.

Great atmosphere. Current manager as of writing this January 2017 isn't as good as any previous managers in terms of service and friendliness. Needs to go as its not good for business. Staff seems to turn over much faster, which is sad. New faces aren't great for long time customers.
Staff however have always been pleasant and efficient. Desserts are always great. Just don't complain to manager as he's always right! Food is great. Prices are fair. The atmosphere and views are great. This is where I met my wife. Patio is very nice in summer across London's best park. Been coming here since they opened.
