We just had a Armstrong gas furnace and air conditioning unit supplied and installed by Syles the installers Paul and Craig were extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. Worked very hard each and everyday and made sure that we were satisfied every step of the way can't say enough good things about this company very professional and it was a pleasure doing business with them. The Trades person sent by this company, Austin, was very polite. Answer all our questions. Filled out all his paper work in our house, not in his van. He spent time with use and gave suggestions where to best get filters.

Many years ago I wanted HRV installed in my house, I assume that the boss came over to look at what I wanted done. I was very specific about how it was going to be installed. We agreed on method and price and couple of guys came over to do install few weeks later. Well, they wanted it their way not the way I wanted and agreed. So I told them I don't want it. Month later I got a restocking and visit charge in the mail. Confronted the guy who gave me an estimate. He insisted I pay the bill. Went to see the lawyer who advised to settle at least half of the bill and get the promise that they won't bug me with debt collectors. And thats what happened. I did not get anything installed and had to pay about a day worth of my wages at the time just because I wanted to get what was agreed upon. So if you deal with them and want it done certain way make sure you get it in writing I guess.

Our AC was not working great on one of the hottest days of the year. Syles was able to come the next day, arrived when they said they would (gave us a 4-hour window), were very pleasant, fixed the problem within an hour, then tidied up. The price was very reasonable. They take many forms of payment including debit! We were very pleased. Our AC is working great. We will definitely call Syles again if we need any assistance in the future.
