We love to support small businesses especially when they go above and beyond. Sweetpea's website design and organization makes selecting an arrangement simple and intuitive. We were able to zero-in on the perfect arrangement and could have it delivered the next day (same day had we chosen before 11am local time). We got actual photos, front and back, of the arrangement and real-time notification of delivery. A super easy and smooth experience. BTW, the arrangement was beautiful and highly reflective of the example shown on Sweetpea's website. Our recipient was thrilled with it.

Sweetpea's has a knack for doing those little extras. The arrangement was tasteful and unique - not of the cookie cutter (lack of) variety that you get with most major flower delivery outlets. Options for vases and decorative changes were plentiful. The flowers were delivered on time and without any fuss. My mother loved it and they have been in full bloom for more than a week. I'll definitely trust Sweetpea's with future flower deliveries and would recommend them to anyone who needs a quality bouquet sent in Toronto.

I ordered a small or medium flower subscription for my friends birthday, and sometimes with flowers, you don't know how they will turn out in real life, but these were incredible! So beautiful, wonderful colour palette and bouquet arrangement. I left it up to the designer to create the bouquet and chose seasonal flowers. Since you have to order minimum 6 orders, I found it a wonderful feature that you can split the orders between two addresses. So I will do 3 bouquets for my friend, and 3 for my sister. Both Christmas presents covered!

I will absolutely order all my flower deliveries from Sweetpea’s. The flowers are beautiful and artistically arranged. The selection is varied to respond to many different wants. Communication is excellent and service prompt and efficient. Above all, Sweetpea’s cares deeply about providing exactly what the client wants. If something isn’t perfect they act quickly to correct it. A sincere commitment to excellence.

A little on the pricier side but worth it for the unique tea cup arrangement I sent a friend on her birthday. What a wonderful idea! Delivered the next day as promised and the arrangement was beautiful. My friend was very pleased and I got to support small business which is important to me (especially right now). Would definitely use their services again!

Sweetpea's is an incredible shop! We used them for our wedding and the arrangements they made were absolutely stunning. They understood exactly the look and feel we were hoping to achieve and captured our vision perfectly seeing the bouquet for the first time was a really special moment. We worked with Jenn and Sara for our wedding this fall and they did a spectacular job! The florals at our wedding were even more beautiful than I had imagined – they were gorgeous. We opted for a simpler setting with fewer flowers and what they came up with was wonderful. They worked within our budget, were friendly, attentive and completely transparent. We loved working with them and highly recommend them to our friends and family. Their cats are cute too! :)

We had our wedding flowers done by the incredible team at Sweetpea's, and they did an even more phenomenal job than we could ever have imagined. When we first met with Jenn, she knew exactly how to bring our vision to life, and throughout the year working with the team here, everyone has always been so accommodating, responsive, and just generally great. When we arrived at the venue for the reception, everything was set up immaculately, and it looked exactly as we had imagined. I don't know how Jenn and her team got everything so right, but we recommend them to anyone thinking of floral arrangements of any kind. They've made our wedding look so magical!

We booked Sweetpea's to do bridal and bridesmaid bouquets and centrepieces for an outdoor August wedding at a cottage. After meeting with Jenn at the shop I knew she was an experienced wedding florist. The end product surpassed what I expected. She made beautiful bouquets with exactly the type of flowers and feel we wanted for our wedding. The flowers fit perfectly with the vision for our wedding. Other things I liked were being able to provide our own glassware (mason jars), having input on the flowers that would be used and being able to pick up the flowers.

Thank you, Jenn for providing the personal and cake flowers for our summer wedding! It was important to me to use sustainably grown flowers. The flowers that Jenn put together for us were beautiful and exceeded our expectations. My bridal bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and matched the style I had provided for inspiration. It wonderfully complemented my dress and even matched our invitation. Our videographer and photographer were impressed – so much so that my photographer wanted to know the name of our florist so that he could recommend them to his clients. Jenn successfully worked with our many requests, including creating surprise bouquets that we presented to our parents during our ceremony. She even personally decorated my mini-wedding cake which looked so pretty. Thank you for capturing our theme and vision so well and adding natural beauty to our wedding. Now that my bouquet has dried, it will be a keepsake of my wedding. We highly recommend Sweetpea’s for your flower needs. This is definitely our go-to florist!

On Thursday, June 15, 2017, I placed an online order for a medium designer's choice pink bouquet suitable to celebrate the arrival of our first granddaughter. It arrived early afternoon and was just beautiful. My daughter loved it and it features in many of our baby pictures. Thanks so much!

Ruined my elderly father's wedding and then lied about the reason they couldn't complete what they had agreed to. My father who lives overseas and is here visiting, decided to propose to his girlfriend, which meant a fairly tight timeline on getting everything setup. Early last week I went to speak with someone at the shop who told me that although they had six weddings for that weekend, they would put what we needed together for us. She asked me to come back on the weekend, so I went in yesterday and spent half an hour detailing what we would require. I was then told that their wedding person would call me today with the cost. Instead, I received a call late this afternoon letting me know that they would not be completing my order because they were simply too busy. Six days since I first when in to see them have now been wasted, and today is Sunday, which means I have to start the entire process again tomorrow, with the wedding on Friday.

My in person experience at Sweetpea's has always been lovely. Today I ordered an arrangement over the phone for the first time. I ordered it around 11:00am and received a phone call from the recipient by 3:00pm to let me know they had arrived! The recipient was very pleased with the arrangement and said it was gorgeous. The customer service at Sweetpea's goes above and beyond all expectations. When I placed an online order--and managed to screw up the delivery address thanks to a migraine and my haste--they quickly fixed it when I called in, embarrassed. They were most gracious! Also, their arrangements are beautiful and unlike any others in terms of originality, style and elegance.

Called at the last minute from Boston for flowers to be delivered to my soon to be daughter-in-law and they came through in a BIG WAY. The directions were simple, wow her. The arrangement did just that. I am thrilled and Sweetpea's has just become my go-to for our new extended Toronto family. Thanks Jessie.
