This was a real nice spot to camp. Nice hike down to the falls and fish ladders. Lots of bald eagles around.

An amazing experience. The salmon were running and we watched a bear catch a fish and run off. Beautiful place to spend an afternoon

Salmon, salmon, salmon. We had a great time watching the salmon swimming and jumping up the waterfall. Finally got to see them in the wild.

Stopped here on our way to Tofino. Was very neat experience to see the Salmon jumping up the stream, flying through the air. This is a nice stop and takes about 30 minutes as the parking lot very close to the falls. About 5 minutes walk. Has picnic tables and clean bathrooms!

Amazing place to visit, Vancouver Island, beautiful and peaceful. Seeing the salmon going up river to spawn, incredible sight.

It was neat to see how the salmon ladders help the fish make their way up the Stamp and provide pools for them to "rest" on their journey. Thankfully there are folks who are working hard to maintain the perilous life cycle.

This was a truly different experience! I went beginning of June and only saw 4 fishes going up the ladder in a half hour period. The small trails are also very nice and I nearly had the park to myself. It is super relaxing and calm and I loved the experience! I just wish they had more signs explained the fish ladder.

Amazing experience seeing hundreds of leaping salmon in the river. Trails are well kept and signposted. And we saw a black bear by the rivers edge.

Find the trail north is a little difficult. It starts just across from the Mapboard right next to a warning sign.
