Sales department wasn't very knowledgeable but knew where to find the info at least. The visit to the parts department was not so good, asked about some parts and we told they didn't have them, they didn't look them up they just guessed, when I asked them if they could order them and I was ignored.

Had all the parts I needed in stock. I just had to wait for the guy at the parts counter to get off the phone with some clown trying to get parts, and didn't know what bike they where for. Well worth the wait, great to deal with.

5000 Km from home & in desperate need of tires on a Saturday. Very helpful, friendly service had me on my way with new boots in under 2 hours. Not cheap, but nothing is on the island

Dmitri is amazing. I can't say enough good things about him and his service. Great selection for on and off road riding. My biggest problem was the ridiculous pricing, was just in asking about buying a standard kick stand for my dirt bike and they tried to charge me $370

I live in Victoria and was hunting around for a part. It was 25% cheaper here and so I grabbed a couple other things while I was at it. They match (and then ate the tax) on a helmet priced down here. Huge kudo's to Mike who was extremely punctual and friendly over email. Great communication and very fast shipping.

Just went in with serious intention of buying the FZ6. I walked in with full motorcycle gear with this purpose in mind, the sales person looked at me and walked away. A few minutes later a man walked in, well the saleman couldn't get there fast enough. When I did get service finally after having to chase someone down the saleman was condescending with a let me tell you how it is little lady attitude. I just have to say gentlemen of Spunky's if you only want to serve and sell to men, then perhaps you should advertise that way. I most definitely will not be back.

Excellent service! I spoke with Scott in great detail regarding my interest in a particular motorcycle and he was great at answering all my questions and responding back quickly when emailed. I will definitely recommend this business whenever possible due to the superb service I personally received. Thanks Spunky crew.

Was interested in a certain motorcycle , been riding every bike under the sun from, every race street bike under the sun, to CR250-500 race bikes. My last bike was custom hardtail chopper with suicide shift and 140hp s&s engine salesman calls me out in front of other customers about my riding ability tells me the bike i want is to big. I was struck by the audacity. Coming from a guy that was potentially going to buy, not one but two brand new dirt bikes in the coming months . ill never set foot in that store again complete idiot. Was the old european guy.

Great shop. I have purchased several bike there over the years. I have always been dealt with fairly. Mike in parts is awesome a getting you what you need in a very timely fashion. The communication and pricing is on point! The shop supports local grass roots racing and is eager to give back to the local riding community. I would highly recommend you checking them out!
