Uneducated staff, with very little respect or professionalism toward their customers. I wasted a lot of time (and monies) after purchasing new ski boots which ended up not fitting my old binding (which are perfectly good but dated). The manager agreed to take them back and refund the amount for rental skis after I discovered their error, and ended up waiting mast amounts of time at the mountain, explaining it over the phone (twice to the same manager), and in the store while returning the item (no record of it was kept at the store and later they assumed it was returned over the 60-day policy which it was not). Bruce, who they consider an expert, was especially rude and condescending as he criticized me by stating if I had been skiing for 30 years, I would had known that I would need to have the new boots fitted to the bindings - which I have never had to do in past years. He argued with me and treated me like a delinquent, and sold me a pair of last season's boots for this season's price. One of the worse experiences ever!

I had a bad experience today.
Basically I returned pair of shoes that I parched yesterday, cashier person that her name tag covered by her scarf checked the receipt and shoes and told me she couldn't resale that because there was no insoles inside the shoes then ask me put back the insoles if you want to return them.
Actually I realized that it should be a part of return policy that's why I went to shoe section and ask the sales person to check the store maybe I forgot the original insoles because yesterday I changed the original one with my arched insole in the store and fortunately he found them there so, I put back inside the shoes and came back to till
As my turn on the queue went to another cashier and ask to return that.
During the process the first till person that stand on next till ask me "could you find the insoles?" then I told her yes I found them I forgot them in shoe section over there.
Despite my answer she open the shoe box and check inside the shoes personally and check all returning process.
I'm too disappointed for this kind of people judgments that she did

Very disappointed in my experience today. First of all I had to go searching for a staff member to assist me in the shoe department. Then he could not find my size despite the computer telling him that it was in stock. He obviously wasn't keen on my business because he told me to go home and order it online (in other retailers, I have typically experienced the clerk make the order online in store to ensure they keep my business). Once I got home I tried to order my desired shoes, but my size was not available online. The system told me they were only available in store. The shoes are on sale until tomorrow only and I really would like to get them at the sale price. What can you do for me?
