I had the best customer service experience when I was in your store on Monday evening. I was being helped by a girl (Jennifer I think) that was extremely busy helping multiple people, but she was so happy & positive and took the time to stop & actually listen & show concern to make sure that I was finding everything I needed. She even offered to call another store if they didn't have my size. She was a refreshing change from the experience that I had at the Park Royal location only 3 days earlier. I ended up speaking to the Manager (Jamie, I think) and she was also extremely helpful & was even checking on a price even through she was done her shift with her jacket on and walking out the door. GREAT JOB Broadway Sport Chek, I have bought my shoes from you for years and will continue to do so, Park Royal could learn a thing or two from you :)
