  Called Monday Nov 1st around 10am to schedule to have furniture cleaned. The woman was very knowledgeable about dry foam cleaning and explained the pros and cons, she referenced their website with videos of dry foam being used. I was convinced and she gave me an appointment for Nov 8th and said she would call me on the Sunday before to confirm. When I did not get a call Sunday, I called Monday morning just after 9am when their work hours began and left a voicemail. I got 2 separate calls back around 11 and 1130am asking what service I wanted done, and was told they would look for my file and call me right back because they did not have it in the system. I gave my info again. I waited all day. I called again, left a voicemail. I emailed the company late Monday and got an email from the owner through the night that she would be contacting me the next morning as it was their error. Its now Wednesday with no further contact from Sparkling Clean. I'll be taking my business elsewhere as I cannot rely on the communication of this company.

  Made an appointment to have 2 bedroom carpets to be cleaned. Did not receive any type of confirmation for the work to be done. Was charged $330.00 for which i was paying cash and didn't receive any receipt after the work was done. i was called on a Monday and asked to confirm for the work to be done the next day, it was supposed to be done on the Thursday of that week , not on the Tuesday. that was a screwup on their behalf. As for the carpet cleaning it was a disappointment, carpets were still dirty and the carpet stains are still there, that was a complete waste of money and they weren't even there for an hour

  We recently used Sparkling Clean to clean two area rugs, 2 bedrooms and one sectional couch. Our dog Kailey recently passed away from diabetes.
  She unfortunately had several accidents where she urinated on our carpets, living room area rug and sectional as she lost control near the end of her life. We used Sparkling Clean five years ago to clean rugs when we were selling our previous home. Their representative Jamie came today on time and cleaned everything to our satisfaction. He was very knowledgeable and offered to deodorize the couch and carpets during the cleaning process which appears to have eliminated all the odor. He was also able to remove the urine stain left in the carpets and sectional. Now everything looks new again and our house smells decent. Thanks Jamie for helping us out once again on short notice. We will use you again in future. .

  Horrible service. Totally unprofessional. Unreliable.
  I spoke to Francine the owner who gave me an appointment for March 2 and said they would call me at 8am to give me a more specific time. I coordinated all my other appointments around Tuesday to be sure no one else came on March 2. I NEVER got a call from Sparking clean. I left them a message asking when they would come. They did not respond. I also left them 2 other messages after March 2 to find out why they never called or came for the appointment. I still have no call back from them. Very UNRELIABLE!! Horrible. Don’t bother with them

  Thank you John! Our three wool area rugs look brand new. They were in need of a good cleaning, and sparkling clean carpets certainly provided that service. I highly recommend this company.

  I have used Sparkling Clean Carpets several times now. The team that came to my house were professional, friendly and had a terrific attitude. I thought I would have to replace my carpet to sell my previous home, but they did such a good job, it almost looked like new. In my new house, there were ink and pet stains, and they got rid of all the noticeable spots and the smells.
