  UPDATE: After being contacted by phone by a customer service representative, I've decided to up the rating to 4 stars solely because of the excellent support provided by the individual.
  
  Made special arrangements for pick-up and delivery. Upon pick-up, luckily my husband was home because they did not come prepared. Delivery was supposed to be at a different address (part of instructions provided upon placing the order over the phone) however if I did not call them, they would have delivered it to the wrong address. All I got in return was "oh yes I'm seeing a note here should I update the address?" Seriously?! Why would you NOT check your notes?? Finally after speaking with them MULTIPLE times and confirming that I wanted the rug to be brought inside upon delivery, the driver leaves it on the porch.
  FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS AND COMMUNICATION WITH DRIVERS NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED.

  Recently moved into a home and wanted to have 2 large rugs & 3 small rugs cleaned after seeing the ads on local TV over and over I knew right away to contact Love You Rug. I was not disappointed they arranged pick up at our house which was out of town, great friendly service by their driver who tagged each item to link it to our address. When we got the rugs back you can tell the big difference from before to after! Clean, smooth and brand new feel to them. Tony and his team are great - very impressed with the quality! Well done Love Your Rug is a goto spot for any needs! Thank you all!

  We have our 2 rugs professionally cleaned on a regular basis, one is wool/silk combo and the other is 100% silk.
  
  This time we decided to use Love Your Rug. I called in for a quote as I had some questions about their service. Their customer service was excellent, they answered all my questions and asked me detailed questions about my rugs. They provided me with a quote which included stain removal and colour correction after the removal. I declined the stain removal and colour correction so they amended the quote and the price was excellent compared to what I usually pay. They arranged for a pick up on Tuesday and they dropped them back off the following Tuesday. On The drop off day, I called to find out approximately what time they would arrive and I was told it would be about 3 hours, which was almost exactly the time they arrived.
  
  The rugs look fantastic and to top it off they smell great too😀
  
  I received emails and text messages informing me of pick up dates/times, drop off dates/times, my invoice, a link to pictures of the rugs once the cleaning was complete.
  
  Everything was top notch and I will be using them again.

  Awesome service. The people at the counter were very nice and professional. They're service is way above par and definitely did their best to get all the stains out of my carpets. I am more than satisfied with their service. And the guys in the back looked like they were enjoying their work, that says a lot. Definitely my go to guys from now on!

  Love your rug does exceptional cleaning and work. I did not give them a one star review because of the quality of their work. I an giving them one star because I worked there for a few days back in April of last year. I had to quit die to personal reasons. After asking for my pay for 18 hours of work at first they told me that please contact HR and send your info. This carried on for 2 months until the owners wife basically told me that its not normal to ask for my pay for only 2 days of work. I found this rather amusing and troublesome as no one would work for free. If you call a plumber to your house and he works for one hour you pay him. If love your rug cleans one small rug they expect you to pay. So after working 18 hours i would have only thought that they would pay me what they owed. They are lucky that i am a good person or else i would have gone to the labour board.
  I preferred to write this review. In short their product is excellent which is the honest truth, unfortunately being an employee there my opinion differs substantially
