Michael and Kevin were great. Reasonable price and thorough job. They pointed out things to help me get the most of the furnace system and also gave great tips on other HVAC related items as well. Not a rushed job, they took their time, but didn’t dawdle either. I’m a busy guy, and they were respectful and patient when I was otherwise occupied.
Michael is the owner and takes great pride in his work. Kevin has been two years with Michael and also was very friendly and helpful. They were very careful when they had to move furniture to access all the points they needed.

I own the company and several offices throughout Toronto. As a responsible employer, I care about the health of my employees, especially during the pandemic. Every few years I use a ventilation cleaning service and this time I chose Sem's Duct. Their crews worked hard and were polite, respectful, and professional. My staff and I were satisfied and will use again.

Mickael was punctual polite and professional. He was exquisite a mystery man for the ages. Possibly a character from a James Bond movie kind of guy. He worked professionally fast was neat didn't step on my dog didn't eat my snacks went about his business like a soldier. I would recommend him to my great grandmother if she was still around.

Sem's duct cleaning service was absolutely fantastic! They were honest and upfront about the cost from the get go, and I really appreciated the time that they took to walk me through and explain each process. They pointed out issues that needed to be addressed and gave step by step advice on how to fix the issues. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking for quality service, and look forward to using their service again in 3 years. (A big thanks to Billi, their customer service specialist who took the time to explain to me about the services offered and for going above and beyond to try and accommodate a last minute appointment for me).

Had them come and clean out the ducts. Sem's Duct Cleaning is on time, extremely knowledgeable, and thorough. The crew was professional and fast. They cleaned all my vents well.

Great experience working with Sem's Duct Cleaning. Answered any questions I had, wore masks. Michail (not sure about the spelling) took the time to explain everything, did a walk through with me and followed up on everything at the end of the job. They did the work clean like they were never here. I am happy with their work and will use them again in the future.

They did an amazing job! Had them clean my ducts a few weeks ago and I can definitely tell the difference, my air seems so much better! He was fast, efficient and worked so professionally! He definitely knows what he’s doing! Would highly recommend!
