My experiences at Sophie's have all been good ones. There's a gorgeous selection of dresses to choose from. Here's a photo of my sister in her beautiful wedding gown, which she purchased at Sophie's this year. I got my wedding dress from here as well. The bridesmaid dresses turned out exactly as we wanted--in both instances. Very pleased with the quality of the dresses and the services provided by this gown shop.

Please for the love of god do not shop here! They have the worst customer service ever! They give you a sales pitch on how they have a large selection of gowns when they barely have a selection of plus size dresses for plus size people. They never get new ones in and keep promising you the world and never deliver!
The sales associates are rude! They do not care about anyone! They have a payment plan which sucks! If you put money down on a dress and decide to change your mind about the dress they will keep it even if your not finished paying for it. They are thieves! I am so shocked that they are still in business! If I could give the a Zero for a review I would!

The staff at Sophie's are absolutely amazing. They were helpful from the moment I walked in the door. I want to thank them for sponsoring me a gorgeous dress that I wore to the prelims of the Miss Universe Canada pageant. With there help making me look and feel confidently beautiful I am proud to say that I am moving on to Miss Universe Canada this October in Toronto. Thank you Sophie's! I will be wearing the dress again in Toronto since Ive received so many compliments.

I'm the moh in my best friends wedding in two weeks. Because I was in Toronto for a long time doing medical things I was late to get a dress. We walked in looking for something quick not expecting to find anything. The sales lady had an appointment and was able to manage helping the both of us efficently. I walked out with a dress off the rack. They gave us great service I would go there again. *note I got married in 2011 and really didn't like how they dealt with customers back then. The staff has changed and it was a delightful experience.

I first attended Sophie's bridal shop back in March 2017, on my first day trying on wedding gowns ever! Sophie's bridal shop was the first store that I went to that day, and I quickly realized that this store had exactly what I was looking for, and I wished that I did not have 2 other appointments booked that day. I continued on with my search that day and ended up back at Sophie's a few months later to order my dress! The staff at Sophie's were so nice and accommodating and truly cared that I found the perfect wedding dress, that will make me feel amazing on my big day! I never once felt pressured to make a decision, which I cannot say for many other bridal stores in Windsor. Overall, I would highly recommend going to Sophie's bridal shop, you will not be disappointed! And make sure to give yourself lots of time, you could spend hours trying on all their beautiful gowns!

The service that I received from the Windsor location has been great! The staff are always smiling and welcoming. The atmosphere is so supportive! The staff really know how to make you feel beautiful and don't hesitate to make sure that you're completely happy. I've had to bring my toddler daughter in with me to appointments, which can make things a bit difficult but they made sure the appointment ran smoothly and even played with her so keep her happy when I was busy. I'd definitely recommend shopping here for your big day!

I went in to look at some wedding dresses recently and Keri One of the employees was the sweetest most helpful ladies in there! I have to say she made it very enjoyable she had us laughing and made us feel so comfortable and made me feel like the most Beautiful Bride to be!!!! Ty Keri for the wonderful experience. If you are going wedding dress shopping please go to Sophie's Bridal and ask for Keri. She'll definitely make your day! She made ours!!!

I would rate this less than one star if I could! My mother and I walked in this shop to look at dresses and belts. The employee walked up and asked what we were looking for (in an unkind tone). I told her we were looking for belts and dresses. She said, "ohh, well the belts are pretty expensive.the start at $200. I don't know what your really looking to spend" uhmm, excuse meI make great money! But your store will never get any of it! No class, rude and disrespectful.

If i could give them 0 stars out of 5 i would. Absolutely the worst customer service. Rude employees. Made me feel ashamed for being a plus size bride. I will never step foot in their shop ever again. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.

I'm standing in a wedding in August so in early January the bridal party went to Sophie's and found the PERFECT bridesmaids dress! We were told not to order them until after the wedding show (presumably so we could get a special promotion). When we went back in to get fitted for the dresses we were told that the dress we wanted had been discontinued and they only had the ability to order them until Saturday at 2pm - we were pretty surprised since they hadn't called us but since it was only 11:30 on Saturday we hoped it would still worked. The manager made a phone call right in front of us on the speakerphone, and it went to voicemail. The staff and manager were very confrontational, making it out to be our fault for not putting a deposit down or coming in sooner. They had the dress we wanted written down on our card, but they freely admitted they didn't go through the cards when they found out the dress was being discontinued. They didn't seem at all concerned that the dress we wanted wasn't available, and only made a halfhearted attempt to sell us a different dress (we weren't interested). The worst part is that one of the girls had called earlier in the week to see if she needed an appointment to come in and had even had the sales clerk pull our card to make sure all the information was there (the clerk "couldn't find" the card). Had they told us then we could have come in earlier, but instead they lost the sale of four dresses. We will NEVER shop there and will not be recommending Sophie's in the future.

If I could rate this less than one star I would. A friend of mine picked out a wedding dress after searching for one for a very long time. The money was put down on it. Almost three months later she got a call that this dress was discontinued. This is absolute BS!!!!!! Now they're refusing to give her any money back as if not being able to get your dream dress wasn't enough. The service is absolutely terrible and I would NEVER recommend anyone to go to Sophie's. EVER.
