We had a great experience working with Sonata. Matt was excellent at helping us choose blinds for a variety of windows and spaces and was happy to give options at various price points. We had two separate installers and both were friendly and professional to work with. And, our blinds look fantastic! We would definitely go back in future.

The team at Sonata was exceptional. They are very professional and provided excellent advise through our selection process. On install day the team came and was very thorough proving us a well set up home package. Tyrell and Travis both excellent to deal with and I highly recommend this team

Very unprofessional service. We showed up to our appointment and the consultant who was supposed to meet us (Gary), did not even show up. The receptionist had no record of our appointment with him. Even though he had set the time with us weeks prior. Was very disappointed that customer service means very little to this company. It was a waste of our time to leave work and then to be told they had no appointment for us. Will not be buying our drapes or blinds for our new home from this company. We were also passed from person to person, having to explain each time what we were looking for.
