Over the past three years, two of which were obviously very challenging due to the pandemic, Rent In Ottawa were always there when I needed them. And when service was sometimes slow due to the pandemic, they were quick to reach out and let me know what was happening and let me know that they were on it. I have appreciated their care of me and my rental property over the last few years.

Tried using them to secure a rental unit for our daughter. We were the first to view the apartment. Told them we would take it. Were asked to provide forms and credit rating employment etc Did this same day we recieved the documents. The Rent in Ottawa management offer very poor customer service, no timely follow ups. Ypu have to keep calling them after they tell you they will get back to you on a certain day. We Wasted 2 weeks waiting for them to follow up with the landlord. We have a 896/900pts credit score, own our own homes, own several businesses and have never done business like this before etc This has been the most frustrating process I have ever been through for a rental property. If I owned rental apartments in Ottawa I would never use the Rent in Ottawa Property Management services. I would give them zero stars if I could. They miss represent the units, post the wrong pictures and add costs after the fact when their postings state what is included and not. The BBB should be made aware of their fraudulance.
