Where do I start? In February this past winter, my furnace kicked on me during the main "Cold Snap" of our winter and tried to find a quick fix. And I got one.
The first company to respond, yes, they were quick to respond to tell me, " it's simply your Inducer Motor." To the tune of $1000.00.
Long story short. My furnace died again 3 weeks later.
The CaIgary Home and Garden Show was that weekend. I called my big sister and said let's go now! (what every first time home owner should do) Recalling seeing AA Heating and Plumbing's ad which offered a new water heater with a furnace install, I found them there and was greeted by Dean Fleming, the Owner personally.
He was immediately genuinely concerned, and offered to come over that evening personally!
The next day, there was a knock on my door and there standing was an employee with giant heaters to keep me warm and my pipes from freezing, free of charge!
The complete installation was completed by his professionals; and of course I got the new water heater installed at the same time.
If you are looking for a true, down to earth company that will look you straight in the eye, not try to over- sell you and offer this kind of service, call this company.
Their pricing was most, if not better than probably the 15 companies my sister would have and did call guaranteed!

This company has been referred to me by my friend and on day 1, Dean (Owner) went to our house even after his working hours just to give us an estimate for the A/C. With that service even late at night I already know I can rely and trust this company to install our A/C.
After 3 days, he went back early in the morning and installed my A/C. The installation schedule was a couple of days earlier than expected. They forgot to bring my new Nest thermostat but it's all good because even so, he went back again in a reasonable amount of time to install that thermostat.
They did a phenomenal job. Dean and his crew are friendly and professional.
I definitely recommend this company for all your heating, air conditioning and plumbing needs.

We had a great experience with AAA Heating and Plumbing. We purchased a new furnace, hot water tank, and A/C. Everything was done in a professional timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company.

My A/C stopped working when the hot weather arrived. I called a few places and had no luck getting someone to come out until I fortunately called AAA Heating and Cooling and had the Owner Dean pick up my call. Dean promised that he would come that very day which was above and beyond my expectation since everyone else I called said it would be at least a week before they could fit me in. Dean fixed my A/C that same day and was awesome with giving me additional guidance on my furnace air flow and filters. I highly recommend AAA Heating and Cooling. This company provides great customer service!

If you ever need anyone at a time of emergency, look no further. Doing things above and beyond expectations is what these guys do. Dean is a very honest and humble guy to work with. Thanks a lot again for all the help
