I was with dr.melnyk for 3 years and its soo hard to get in to see her.she works only part time and always on vacations.most of the time i have to wait for 30-45mins to see her even with appointment.they overbook patients.not a good clinic.i changed clinics and very happy now

I’ve been trying not to write this review but I have to. I like the doctors and the nursin staff. Very helpful when my child was super sick. But the front staff drive me crazy every single time I call. I’m on hold EVERY time and for more than 7-8 minutes. The front staff have no training. They dont have any medical knowledge. They also don’t have any manners at all. I like the doctors and don’t want to leave the clinic but I can’t handle calling and dealing with the front staff anymore

A good clinic. My family's been seen by Dr.Melnyk for 4 years - a wonderful doctor, very professional and always listens and explains not only to my concerns, but if I have questions about my kid's health, too. She thinks and does everything fast, so I have time to resolve all my concerns within my appointment time quote. She also will find an opportunity to accomodate extra family members within the same appointment if there is an emmergent need, for what I am very grateful as we live far from clinic now. All the walk-in doctors we've seen, were always great.
Of course, some days are busy there and some waiting time is needed, but frequently my husband receives his medications refill referral just within a few minutes as walk-in patient at any convenient for him time.response / report this review -

I had a practicum in this clinic and all i can say is I learn so much from the staff of MOA, thank you to Miss Marriane that she accept me to have a practicum,thanks to all the staff that has a patient to teach me and listened and answers all my questions, thumbs up all to the doctors and also the nurse station!!

When your appointment is at 1:00 and you wait till 2:15 to be seen, with a toddler that your trying to keep tame so you don't disrupt the workers and other patients.. you finally get into
See the doctor and ask the questions you went for and every response you get in return was "I don't know" then sends you for 3-5 tests just to get told to come back in to be referred to a specialist.
Nothing but a waste of time, every time I go I never get a clear answer or even remotely close to an answer it's always put on someone else to
Answer me yet they're "doctors"
Also the fees?! I wait over a week for an appointment and when life gets busy people forget. they charge a rate for missing an appointment but yet don't call to remind you that you have an appointment.
Every majority of doctors, dentists, ultra sound appointments
You get a reminder call.

Dr. Venessa Ogbonnaya is a wonderful doctor and I have been to my share in Calgary. She discovered my Breast cancer because she was so thorough. I will be forever grateful!

Dr. Tomi has been my mom's Doctor for three years. He very attentive, engaging and caring. The staff are all helpful and pleasant. I can only hope to find as nice a Doctor when I am 91 !!

Nothing is ever perfect and there are too many whiners giving negative reviews. Common sense, keep searching until you find your baby bib and golden spoon. Now on to my review. There are times where I too, also had to wait, even with an appointment, well guess what, it's been like that for years with medical practises. Patience people, We see Dr.Muotoh and have been for years. He is thorough and actually listens, which also means he'll even go over the time seeing his patients to make sure they are ok! FACT! We have been going here for over 7yrs and even though there are a few hiccups, they delt with it. There is however one doctor who is a complete A** and hopefully he is gone. Treated my wife like she was nothing and wouldn't listen to anything she had to say about our son.
So, in conclusion and like everything else in life, you have to give it a chance. 1 walk in, 1 bad day and 1 quick judgement doesn't justify the means. Some of you need to give yourself a slap. 4 stars, because nothing is perfect.response / report this review -

This place is great if your seeing just about any doctor but Ron Ron, if you go to a PROFESSIONAL to find an answer to a problem outside of your scope of knowledge and you get "what do you want from me?" as your answer, do you feel that person should remain in business? I sure don't, I'm sure in not alone If you go bankrupt look at your attitude FIRST, maybe start acting like a professional​ doctor and not a professional "other things I shouldn't mention here". Silverado Medical, you would be wise to remove this person from your walk-in staff.

It's a bit of a hit or miss in my experience. Dr. Rakesh Patel seems to be one of the most competent Drs there but scheduling time can be tricky. One thing I highly recommend you do not do is linger in the front reception if you can manage to avoid it, the surfaces and chairs are filthy! There's filth marks on every seat. And you just know that if that's reception that it doesn't stop therethe exam rooms have got it too. A haven for germs

My family and I see Dr. Tomi Solola. I find that he is very thorough, and really listens to your concerns. I find the staff are all very friendly. I also really appreciate that they have always fit me in quickly whenever there is a concern of an urgent nature. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

WARNING FEES WARNING
After being a patient for 3 years and gathering test information. I was told I need to PAY $40 to have my own test result transferred.
Apparently every clinic can make up there own FEES and charge there own clients. While charging Canada Health Plan the regular fee when you visit.
A win-win for these doctors. This is a business not a care clinic.response / report this review -

Don't waste your time the Ron doc is extremely rude and told me not to waste his time with my complaints. I wont waste my time by going back there. edit: I wrote a letter of complaint to them and they called me back brought me in and a different Doc spent some time with me and it was a much better experience.

Great clinic! Staff are very nice, thorough and professional. Every doctor I have had the chance to see have all been extremely nice and listen patiently to what I need to say and are very helpful. I have never had to wait for too long to get in, and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.
