My female doctor is a very pleasant and great to work with but there is one specific staff who had braces but now with retainer, I do not understand how she is still working there with her unprofessional attitude and I’m very disappointed with her.

This is got to be the worst medical clinic in all of Calgary. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. If you are reading this STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC!! The doctors are nasty and don’t care about your health at all. They don’t care about walk ins and only consider their own patients first even if you have been waiting. They take their time and expect to have you waiting for them when they get back from their “coffee run”. I can’t beilive that a professional establishment is so poorly run. Even the office manager is rude. I’m telling you take the extra 10 min drive and go somewhere where the doctors care about you and respect how long you have been waiting It will be well worth the extra time. I seriously don’t understand why people keep coming back.

Absolutely unfriendly staff! Assistant don’t know about customer service ethics.
Why need appointment when after waiting 30 minutes????

This was the worst medical clinic I've ever been to. I took my dad for a meet and greet. There was a meet but no greet. The staff were neglectful in their ability to make a new patient feel at all welcome and worst of all, the form they gave us to fill out had someone else's name and medical information on the back!! We left and told them it was not a good fit. Don't go there if you care about confidentiality at all.

Just registered. The reception staff are always unfriendly and sometimes hostile no matter how polite you are by phone or in person. After almost a year I'm fed up with it. It's not where I'd want to go if I'm ill so will try to change doctor, though the doctor seemed nice - Dr Anderson. I think English or French should be spoken in front of patients - I don't think that's unreasonable, even in multi-cultural Canada. Talking in their language while walking by and glaring at people waiting doesn't really lend to a comfortable atmosphere or even a normal one. (While our doctor seemed nice enough, we had to go to the female doctor there once in May, and really won't do that again - so snappy, bordering on hostile, and she was out the door before I finished telling her what was wrong! Think her name was Dr Darress or something like that.)

Dr.Anderson is fantastic, great DR.
However, front desk staff (specifically the philipino girl) are extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. Shame for such a nice DR office otherwise.response / report this review -

Ive seen Dr. jamal as a walk-in and im satisfied about her so i booked a meet and greet with her together with my kids, the white staff do all the bookings and she told me to come back the next day, I took the day off and get my kid off the school early for us to do the meet and greet just to figure it out that she booked us for next week. Well , what to do right??? the doctor already gone for the day. Good thing the Filipina lady , accommodate us and keep saying sorry in behalf of the mistake of the other staff.

My doctor is great, been seeing the same doctor for years.

I've seen a lot of Doctor in Calgary but Dr. Aslam is the best. He help me deal with all my problems. Staff are all great especially the Filipino ladies. Asians are the best. The white girl doesn't knw what she's doing, she pretend that she knew what she's doing but in the end she asked for the help of the Filipino girl.

Dr Anderson is a very good Dr , take the time for each patients . Unfortunately the Pilipino staff is very rude and the only girl that will treat you with respect is the white girl , very professional.

Dr Jeff Anderson is very attentive, caring and knowledgeable. He is going above and beyond to provide timely and efficient care. The office staff is very nice also. Our family is pleased with the care we.

All the staff here are absolutely amazing, it seems newly renovated, and every time I come here even for a walk and it has been quick to get in and out. I also love it because it's a block away from my house and I'm happy I found my family doctor here
