The doctors here are very patient, helpful, caring and really put customer service first. I had an issue getting used to a new prescription in my lenses. I tried to get used to it but couldn't. The doctors changed my lenses back to an old prescription at no extra charge to me. I recommend them to anyone.

My 3 year old son and I went into today for eye exams. We were able to do the exams at the same time, taking turns with the tests. My little guy was in a grumpy mood when we got there, and all the staff we dealt with were very nice and he got comfortable right away. Dr. Pitcher was great, he was very friendly and informative and just amazing with my son. He answered all my questions and you could tell he genuinely cares for his patience. I would highly recommend Okotoks Eyecare and actually already did.
