James and Brenda and all their staff are amazing, they're knowledgeable and friendly. I met them just a few days ago while doing a VitaMix promotion at the Costco and decided to host a VitaMix Cooking Class in their store. Still doing the planning for it (it's next week) but so far they've been great to deal with. I love when companies like this care about educating their customers and put the effort into hosting classes and workshops.

I went here to buy some walnuts, almonds and lentils. I ended up opting to purchase their personally packaged containers of nuts at the back near the produce. They tasted off like they were very old!!! I also purchased a variety of lentils from the bulk bins and those lentils definitely need to be replaced. I'm not sure how long they have been sitting there but they tasted and had the texture like old lentils would. Cute store but I suggest only buying their items packaged by an imported company and make sure to check the expiry date!

Was looking with my daughter for some essential oils. They have scotch tape on them, looking used or something and my daughter opened one thinking it was a tester to smell. The guy quickly comes over and says very rudely "that is not a tester and you have to pay for it." No way I'm paying for it, we left. Will never go in that store ever again!

A decent selection of common products & prices are competitive. However, every time I go to pick up something that my function practitioner tells me that I can purchase at "most health stores," ONFM doesn't carry it and often don't know what it is. Not everything in this store is healthy or organic, giving one the feeling that it's a "business" first, "health store" second.

They have a heathy gluten-free bakery that carries very tasty goodies. They earn an extra star because of this!

Overall, it's a decent place to purchase healthy items but if you need specialty items call ahead to safe yourself the experience of not finding it here.
