Like every other cineplex theatre its overpriced. Was told no refills which is kind of silly given the high price of a drink. Auditorium was messy even though a "cleaning crew" came out before show started. Been to better theatres.

Staff we dealt with did not have the proper training, she was polite, but did not know how to redeem our gift certificate, and then told us it was full. Bathrooms were awful, not clean water all over counter, and this was the early showing (6:40pm).
The coke freestyle machines were missing flavours, that were all a sticky mess and just generally unkempt. The popcorn was cold and stale, which has been the normal situation during the last few visits.response / report this review -

Great cinema. Very clean. Quick service and friendly staff. We had free scene points for our snacks and movie and there were no issues redeeming our points. The scene program is a really great perk. There are other cinemas closer to my house but I'll definitely go to this location over others as it was clean and staff was great.

Don't get me wrong. Movies are awesome. Only one person to sell tickets. All the wickets have machines plunked on the counter top. Ours crashed mid transaction, which was fine because it wouldn't scan the gift coupons we had. And in the end still owed another $3 a ticket for gawd knows what reason. And paying $31 for two popcorns, two drinks and some m&ms always makes my blood boil. Stand in a concession line and then I have to stand in line to pour my own drink? Really? I can get a Keg steak dinner for less. The movie was good.

Came here with family and had a great time. Love paying for tickets online and picking them up at the theater - super fast and easy. As usual, food prices are ridiculously expensive and seriously lack any healthy options. Self serve drink station was a nice plus though. Seats in the theater were pretty uncomfortable and made out movie difficult to enjoy. Would like to see them upgrade seating soon so I can come to the movies more often!

Love silvercity, only place I go to see a movie. Fresh popcorn with just the right amount of salt, perfection in a bucket 😋.

Huge lobby with activities for kids in the gaming area. Big screens and room to move even when crowded. Any flavour of pop! Scene it points. Friendly staff especially,Kelly.

Ordered the tickets from the cineplex app but got the popcorn from the stand. They do have a lot of cashiers so minimal lineup. Nice variety of food and snacks. Considering the amount of people that visit it was a clean and well maintained theatre. The seats were a little uncomfortable after an hour of sitting in them - time to upgrade. Overall nice theatre and I would recommend.

Very clean and tidy, always has plenty of movie options. The arcade is pretty large with lots of different games you can play. Also has that really cool coke machine with lots of different flavors.
